My old Keurig - K-Duo Plus 12-Cup Coffee Maker and Single-Serve K-Cup Brewer broke down, I bought a new one but returned it because I thought the low coffee volume and a large amount of water left in the tank was a defect. But taking the second one, I found that it was not a defect. I did a little research. 1. a. The description of the coffee machine about 12 cups is inaccurate. The maximum volume of the tank/pot is not 12, but 9 cups (1 cup = 237 ml). b. When using k-cups, I get 9 cups of coffee, but not 12. What is causing this mismatch? 2. When preparing ground coffee, only 7 cups are obtained. That is, two cups of water remain in the water tank. The "strong" option is disabled. Why does the description say 12 cups when in reality there are only 7 (ground coffee option)? My first exactly the same coffee machine (2 years old) made 8 cups of ground coffee, and only one cup of water remained in the tank. What is the reason for this change? To be honest, I'm disappointed with this change.

My wife likes to have espresso in the morning while I like Donut Shop. She has always had her own espresso machine. When I bought it I wasn’t sure if it would make good espresso. I bought some Cafe Bustello pods. Much to my surprise my wife said it’s every bit as good as the espresso she made with her stand alone machine but with far less prep work and clean up. The old machine is now in storage.

Replaced older Keurig unit. This one offers the best of both worlds. Really easy to use in both modes!

Upgraded from an original B570 that I used forever. Love this new unit that combines efficient brewing (doesn’t need to be left on) and makes a good pot of ground coffee with a thermal carafe. Also really enjoy the option for stronger brew for the pot or single use. Flexible option for the placement of the water tank is a nice option as well. Very nice brewer for the price and so far very pleased.

K-Duo plus single serve and carafe coffee maker it’s a excellent machine I have ever own, my family are loving it.

This is one AWESOME Keurig. Having the ability to have a pot of coffee ready for you on the weekends when you wake up is great. But having the quick cup option for work days is always good. We also love the 4 sizes of cup brews available 6,8,10,12 oz. Having the ability to position the water tank in 3 positions makes it easy to fit in any space.. Well worth the investment. Wish this was an option much sooner.

Thet say you can turn the warming for two hours wrong this does not have a warming tray. Returned the pot to best buy. The ad stills says you can. I have nothing better to do than buy and return.
