Great for a quick cup and awesome for a party. Totally satisfied!

Pot does not stay hot for more than 3 hours. Machine is easy to use.

I love the adaptability of both pot or single cup. Strong coffee choices. I will say the hardest part of it is remembering to press the start button after the funnel of choices. I.e. cup/pot -> oz/cups (6, 8, 10, 12)->start. Not hard when you get it, just different than "just add water and press play".

I’ve wanted this coffee machine since last Fall and now that I have it I love it. I can make a pot or single cups. It’s a great duel feature I love about. I even comes with a small pod filter for the water but since I already have a filtered water I don’t need it. Delivery was quick. Thank you Best Buy!

I've always been a fan of Keurig products and this one continues that. We switched to a ninja coffee make but it died on us and this is what we decided to replace it with. I love k cups and the carafe keeps the coffee really hot. Definitely better than the Ninja coffee bar.

I have used a BUNN for many years and I really like the pods for the fresh tasting of the coffee. The making of the pot of coffee I like the BUNN better, but this is still a good pot of coffee. The pods are faster and fresher, you can also get a variety of different flavors.

Wouldn't not work. Tried to exchange it for another one. Said they couldn't figure out how to exchange it at customer service. Offered to refund the money. So i could order one online for $50 higher price.

Upgraded to this version in December. It worked for approximately a month and a half then started shutting off just after starting to brew. Troubleshooting yielded negative results. Naturally, this was just past its 16 January, last day to return, date. No, we did not purchase the warranty. For $210 we thought it should work longer.

I love this so far. Had a keurig a long time ago that didn’t work great so I was a little skeptical but this one knocks it out of the park. More size options up to 12 oz as well as the ability to brew a full carafe with any ground coffee and no separate filter necessary.

Purchased at the end of February and it stopped working in April. Complete waste of $200. Love the convenience of this machine and the coffee is very good. But not reliable. This is our second one of this exact machine the first one lasted two years. I was hoping to get at least that much time out of it. 3 months is unacceptable. Investing in a nespresso machine. Bye keurig.

I spend $200 on a coffee pot that does not work properly. So annoying! Power button won't shut the brewer off. Took me 3 times just to get it to work to brew a carafe of coffee. Directions say it will shut off after 5 minutes of brewing. WRONG! Can't even shut it off without unplugging it. Directions also say that brew light will turn off when brewing is done. WRONG! Returning this item.

The dual purpose of this coffee maker is perfect for us. When we are both home we use the carafe and when we aren’t both home whoever is makes a single cup. Perfect.

It does very well with individual cups. Strength and temperature are excellent. Because its both a single and coffee pot combination it is a little bit complicated. I am very pleased with the taste of the coffee.

Just an ok coffee maker. Liked the idea of one machine for both Keurig and a full pot as it saves space on the countertop. However, it's an all plastic flimsy machine. Thought the metal pot would keep the coffee hot while not continuing to cook. Wrong! Doesn't keep coffee even warm very long. Coffee tastes fine but better drink in quickly. Also there is no setting to adjust the temperature and it is not really very hot right after brewing. For an expensive machine not many options in the brewing process.

This K-cup/carafe combo is perfect for brewing a single cup or 12. When company comes, no more waiting in the queue for a number of single cups to dispense. Everyone gets served together.

We have bought/used the Keurig K-Cup coffee makers since they came out about 21 years ago and have had only good things to say. We went a little more expensive (approx. $200 for this model) this time to use the K-Cups in the morning and brewer when friends/guests are over. We've never had any issues with any of these machines until now. The 1st time we used the unit it started heating the water, however when opening the lid for the K-Cup insertion the machine tripped the circuit breaker in our 3 year old home. After resetting and resetting the clock it worked without issues. When opening the lid to insert the 2nd K-Cup it tripped the circuit breaker again. Over the next 3 weeks we tried everything thinkable, changed where plugged in, changed plug receptacles, changed other items on the same circuit, put in several new breakers, and even had an electrician check the wiring and breakers. The result was the same with each change. We did find that by waiting until we no longer heard the water being heated before opening the K-Cup lid it stopped tripping the circuit breaker as often but would still trip the breaker about 25% of the time. Our next step is to contact Best Buy and Keurig about the problem as our home compliant with electrical codes with the required GFCI/AFCI circuits. Be ware, this machine is too expensive to not work in any electrical environment that meets or exceeds current electrical codes.

Replaced my 7 year old Keurig. the forst one was bad out of the box. Exchanged it for another and so far so good. For the price it seems to be lacking in features. The ability to make a pot is great. Problem is the bottom plate is not heated. So you better drink up fast because the coffee gets cold pretty quick. Even though its stainless pot it doesnt seem to keep the coffee hot for very long.

Perfect for hubby and I. I drink a cup and he drinks it all day. Love not having two coffee makers on the counter. Only thing I suggest is buying a my k cup this didn’t come iwth one
