We have bought/used the Keurig K-Cup coffee makers since they came out about 21 years ago and have had only good things to say. We went a little more expensive (approx. $200 for this model) this time to use the K-Cups in the morning and brewer when friends/guests are over. We've never had any issues with any of these machines until now. The 1st time we used the unit it started heating the water, however when opening the lid for the K-Cup insertion the machine tripped the circuit breaker in our 3 year old home. After resetting and resetting the clock it worked without issues. When opening the lid to insert the 2nd K-Cup it tripped the circuit breaker again. Over the next 3 weeks we tried everything thinkable, changed where plugged in, changed plug receptacles, changed other items on the same circuit, put in several new breakers, and even had an electrician check the wiring and breakers. The result was the same with each change. We did find that by waiting until we no longer heard the water being heated before opening the K-Cup lid it stopped tripping the circuit breaker as often but would still trip the breaker about 25% of the time. Our next step is to contact Best Buy and Keurig about the problem as our home compliant with electrical codes with the required GFCI/AFCI circuits. Be ware, this machine is too expensive to not work in any electrical environment that meets or exceeds current electrical codes.

Replaced my 7 year old Keurig. the forst one was bad out of the box. Exchanged it for another and so far so good. For the price it seems to be lacking in features. The ability to make a pot is great. Problem is the bottom plate is not heated. So you better drink up fast because the coffee gets cold pretty quick. Even though its stainless pot it doesnt seem to keep the coffee hot for very long.

Wouldn't not work. Tried to exchange it for another one. Said they couldn't figure out how to exchange it at customer service. Offered to refund the money. So i could order one online for $50 higher price.

Perfect for hubby and I. I drink a cup and he drinks it all day. Love not having two coffee makers on the counter. Only thing I suggest is buying a my k cup this didn’t come iwth one

The body/style is a nice update however, the programming is different than previous models.I am still waiting for the water temp to be hot enough where I don’t have to microwave it after brewing,

It's got a lot of nice features and makes coffee fast. My only compliant is it doesn't make it hot enough for me. I like it real hot.

This duo coffee maker is exactly what I was looking for as I wanted the thermal pot, not glass, as well as the K-cup feature. So far it is living up to expectations.

My first Keurig and I do love it. Carafe and K-pod all in one. I found myself buying a lot of K-pods to try out the flavors. The price was incredible for Best Buy members.

Good coffee. A little slow than one singoserver I preciously have but the bad is there is no count down or a way to know whether the brewing started or not.

Picture isn't like the one we got as we have the Plus and it is quiet and fast. Love it and the pods and using the pods is easy. Costs more but when you want just one cup, it is worth it.

Needed to replace our older drip coffee maker. Saw this and decided to replace our stand alone Keurig as well. We love it so far!!

Wife loves her new Coffee Machine. she wanted the flexibility to change the position of the tank.. bam.. here it is.. plus the caraffe or cup function...

Good coffee maker. Easy to program. Only a 4 star because it takes a little longer for the coffee to brew compared to other coffee makers I’ve owned

Cant complain yet. Some folks say keyrig doesnt brew strong enough sometimes but this machines strong setting is good for my espresso-loving family.

Absolutely love this Keurig, love the opton of having just one cup or making 12 cups. Recommend this to every coffee drinker.

I like this coffeemaker and would give it a 5 star rating except the coffee doesn't stay as hot as I like in the insulated pot.

Have used this for about a year so bought the same for my son. He loves it! I like that you can use K cups or make a full pot.

Definitely an UPGRADE from our old Kerrigan. I love the convenience of having a Kcup and Brewed coffee in one.

Brews and works perfect. Only issue is pods go in top so you cannot place it under cabinets. Must have clearance
