Big drip

The problem I had was after a few weeks using a refillable pod it started to drip while it was brewing, so it had to go. If you don’t use the refillable pods you might have better luck.

Will not fill

First the good, it is very convenient to be able to brew a carafe or just a single cup. Now the bad, the carafe is not insulated. After an hour the coffee cools to the point of warm if not lukewarm depending on your preference. You would think for the price and brand it would be. No temperature adjustment like other keurig models. A bigger water container would be good. 12 cups and it’s empty.

Very Disappointing Maker

I've cleaned this machine more times then I care to admit to without a single improvement in its performance. I called Keurig directly and they were great, sent me a new machine, but after two uses that one started doing the exact same thing. It would "brew" about 3 cups of the 12 we set for it do and, again, got louder and louder, would not pump water through. I read some tips that there might have been an air pocket preventing the maker from working right, if that's the case, this is way too buggy to be worth the money you'd be spending on this. Returning!!

If you need both pot and K-cup THIS IS THE ONE.

It replaced a Mr. Coffee 12 cup drip coffee maker and an original BIG Keurig machine on our counter top. After 2 weeks of use making a 12 cup carafe every morning and a couple of K-cups after dinner every evening I have to say that I LOVE THIS COFFEE MAKER. Makes GREAT coffee...easy to use....easy to clean.....easy to fill the water reservoir. Looks great on the counter top and freed up some space and eliminated clutter. I've seen a few who complain that the coffee doesn't stay warm in the carafe. I make a pot at 6:45 AM and when I drink the last cup 3 hours and fifteen minutes later, around 10:00 AM, the coffee is still as hot as some I have been served in restaurants. It is certainly warmer that the last cup from my Mr. Coffee glass pot when the warming element cuts off after 2 hours. This is simply the best, most attractive, well designed coffee maker you can buy if you need the ability to make a full pot or a K-cup. And being able to locate the water reservoir on either side or the back is a great feature.

Good for single moms

Original and replacement both won't work

We tried all the resets but nothing worked. Called Keurig and they said there was nothing more to be done, so they promptly sent us a replacement. It worked for a couple of days, and then did the same thing. Come to find out others have had this problem too, and for some reason on this model Keurig did not include a feature to permit you to disable the auto turn-off feature. So we're just asking for a refund now. Not worth the trouble.
