I do believe that this is the best of both worlds. Easy to set up, simple controls, nice looking, takes up little space on the countertop, etc. I would guess that this product will be a winner for Keurig.

I'm frustrated with all of the non-fixable plastic parts. This machine was way too expensive to break this soon. Note: we are a household of two, making two to four cups a day and occasionally a pot of company comes over.

This thermos from Keurig is not very efficient , the coffee is cold within an hour. It also requires you to push 4 separate functions to start the brewing process. I would not buy this again.
