Love it but I use distilled water as I couldn’t get the filter rinsed well enough.

The first Keurig I bought in this model died once I ran the descaling process. I followed the instructions, but when it was time to turn the Keurig back on and run the water back through one more time it wouldn’t turn on. It worked fine before all of this descaling process. I couldn’t find my receipt so they wouldn’t replace it at Keurig, but I ended up buying another Keurig, a different model, though at a Best Buy and this time I’m gonna keep my receipt stapled to the box. I bought an older model cause it was cheaper. And I had lost so much time and energy trying to restore the old new one. I am disabled on oxygen have tremors in my hands and it was very difficult to work on the process that was recommended. When I called support, they told me the product was defective after they asked me to do a few troubleshooting Tasks.

Space saver if you like to switch between single serve and making pots of coffee. The taste and quality of the coffee is noticeably better than my 1st generation Keurig single serve machine. The thermal carafe is also very convenient to take to another part of the house or outside and it does a great job of keeping the coffee hot. You can also change the location of the water reservoir from the left, right or the rear of the machine, depending on where it is positioned on your counter.

You’ll never regret having this coffee maker. From a cup to 12 cups. It’s all in one use a pod or brew your own coffee or tea. And it’s easy to dismantle parts for cleaning/sanitizing. Great coffee maker.

I love the Keurig. It doesn’t take up much space and it’s easy the program. I like that you can make a whole pot in the morning and then if you want a cup later you can do the pod.

I was glad to find a Keurig to have a cup or make a pot.

I have used this machine for a month and find it to be good for both brewing and pods. I bought a couple of refillable Keurig pods and they work well. My chief complaint is the carafe, which they alleged would keep coffee warm. This machine brews hot coffee, but it gets lukewarm quickly.

Works great as expected. Allows us to be flexible between coffee pot or the quick pods. Great buy for the price! Love the handle on the water storage

Works great. Makes good coffee. Wanted to have water reservoir and do k cups and pot. Love being able to walk outside and take insulated coffee carafe.

This coffeemaker is a big improvement over other combo coffee makers we have owned. It has a slimmer profile on the counter top due to the versatile tank placement. The carafe keeps a pot of coffee warm for hours. I like that we do not have to pour a cup of water into machine for an individual cup like our old coffeemaker. It has versatile settings for amount both as carafe and cups and an option for stronger brew.

Great for the house who wants both brewed coffee and the ease of a pod. A real space saver with the option of placement of the water tank.

The wife loves how sleek this model is. Makes a solid cup of coffee. I do enjoy the handle on the water reservoir.

This makes the best coffee! In the morning I fill my coffee pot and in the afternoon I make one coffee! Easy to clean. The filters easy to remove.

Very convenient. Not too big. Works well. We love the option of a whole pot or just a cup. I also use it for hot water for my tea.

Really enjoying this coffee maker. Easy to use and clean and makes everything just perfect. I usually make Cacao in mine, does a great job.
