Very convenient. Not too big. Works well. We love the option of a whole pot or just a cup. I also use it for hot water for my tea.

On the weekends I found myself making a pot of coffee. During the work week I made a single cup with my older Keurig coffee maker. This Duo plus does both and takes up less counter space. The reservoir can be placed on either side of the unit or mounted toward the back. It can also be programed to automatically brew at a later time. I bought it on sale and am very happy with my purchase.

Really enjoying this coffee maker. Easy to use and clean and makes everything just perfect. I usually make Cacao in mine, does a great job.

This is a great coffee maker! I replaced my old Keurig single cup unit and my old beloved Hamilton Beach Brew Station with the keurig K-Duo Plus. I don't miss either of the old coffee makers because the K-Duo Plus does everything the old units did. The single cup function on the K-Duo Plus produces a better tasting cup than the old 2.0 Keurig it replaced. It even makes a better full carafe than my old Hamilton Beach Brew Station! (I didn't think that was possible). The K-Duo Plus is easy to use and simple to clean. I'm loving it. GMayer

Very nice coffee maker with a full sized pot and the k cup option. Attractive and the carafe keeps coffee warm pretty well.

Nice design, flexibility and works great. One feature that would make it even better is to allow the user to change set temperature.

Excellent coffee from both the single cup and multi-cup brew. Takes very little counter space.

Easy set up and start up. Convenient for both single serve on 12 cups with the carafe. Plus stays hot but outside cold to touch.

The coffee from the Keurig Duo Plus tastes delicious. The machine is also a great space saver and very versatile in small spaces.

Just as expected. My third keurig - like the option of having a pot in case we have company. Cleaner design than older models.

Highly recommend this if you like ease for both individual use and large groups. Only con (which isn’t really a bad thing) is that you have to push several buttons (turn it on, choose cup or carafe, choose Oz., and then push start). Otherwise I love that it brews quick and that you have the option to brew it strong or regular. Highly recommend getting coffee grind k cup pods if you want to brew single cups using fresh grounded coffee instead of a k-cup.

This is the best coffee pot we have ever owned. Can make a full pot or a travel mug. Best tasting coffee. Would buy again

Love it!! Had 2 coffee pots on my counter. This is compact and does the job of both coffee pota. Easy to use.

This has been a great coffee maker. We use both the K-Cup and the 12-cup modes. It is easy to refill and makes great coffee. The only thing that sometimes gets in the way is that if you are using the K-Cup option and the coffee filter drawer isn't pushed all the way in, it won't brew.So I need to tap the front to make sure it is all the way in first.
