Good but not recommended for large coffee mugs.

I go through so many kcups just to try to get one full cup of coffee. I have cleaned it many of time. I have called for help. This is a horrible product!

I like having a water tank but not the design of it. The coffee maker as a whole is great. If I had one complaint it would be how the water tank mounts on the back. It is easy enough to use but I think there was a better system they could have used to align the water tank. We love the iced coffee and plan on using this for a lont time.
