I originally bought this as a Christmas gift for my grandma, but she had the most difficult time trying to operate it and basically gave up. So I ended up bringing it home and now I use it whenever I want coffee. So far it’s been doing great and the price was very reasonable! I haven’t tried making lattes because I’m not big on them, but it’s nice to have that option.

Difficulty getting water to dispense

I could not get the machine to dispense any water. The machine would not brew. I called the customer service number to troubleshoot. They did not troubleshoot. Instead they told me to bring the machine back for an exchange. I was upset that and thought it was lazy. On my own, after an hour of youtube videos and wiggling of the machine parts, it started working. I have not had trouble since but worry it will fail again. I love the Latte Function and am very please with that. The review/stars are based on the initial trouble.
