A: Thank you for your question. Once your K-Latte brewer has been primed, you cannot empty the water from the inside. If you need to store your brewer, empty the removable Water Reservoir and store your brewer in a safe and frost-free environment. Please be sure to store your brewer in its upright position to avoid water leakage from the inner tank. If your coffee maker has not been used for more than one week, you should purge the water from the inner tank by running 3 cleansing brews without a K-Cup pod. We hope this helps!
A: Thanks for your question. Our Coffee Makers do not dispense cold beverages however, Keurig makes brewing over ice easy! You can use any of your favorite pods. Here are directions: fill a 16-oz cup with ice and place under brewer (do not use glass), choose the 6-oz. or 8-oz. option on your K-Latte coffee maker, brew directly over ice, stir, and enjoy!
