Q: Can mesh pods be used with this product?
A: Thank you for your question. The K-Express Essentials coffee maker is compatible with the latest model of our My K-Cup Reusable Filter. To ensure a proper fit, please verify that you're using the most current version, which features a hinged lid and an all-gray design. Q: How do you change water filters
A: Thank you for your question. To replace the water filter, remove the reservoir while the brewer is off and unplugged, take out the old filter, then soak and rinse the new one to remove any loose carbon. Insert the prepared filter into the holder, place it back in the reservoir, and reattach the reservoir to the coffee maker. Finish by filling it with fresh water and running a cleansing brew without a pod to ensure everything is working properly.
