I wish the frother held more milk and I wish the water reservoir held more water; it holds less than the regular Keurig machines.

Contacting Keurig customer support was a last resort that resulted with a frustratingly obvious suggestion to unplug and plug it back in, followed by a perplexing recommendation to purchase a new one, despite the product being manufactured just in 2021. This experience disappointed me extremely and raises serious questions about the durability and environmental impact of Keurig's products. Why would I invest in an appliance with a lifespan of just three years? Not to mention the contribution to electronic waste by discarding such a short-lived product. I think it's crucial to critique such marketing practices and question the quality of the product in which you're spending money on. TLDR; Purchased in Jan 2022, broke by March 2024. Opt for products with longevity!
