The reservoir is really small only 32 oz. The frother is OK but I would have done without if the reservoir was bigger. It's also slower than other Keurigs that I have had in the past. The main reason I bought this is because my keurig supreme has trouble with non certified k-cups, like the ones from Walmart. In the end it's manageable. Would not recommend if you don't want to have to keep filling the reservoir after just three cups.

Cream just don't poor from it and you need a spoon. and the mixer part can slip from it in your cup Long to heat up, long time to brew in comparison to other models and espresso machines. I'd say it is good for single use only
