    I love this thing. I was not sure how I would like moving away from a normal 12 pot coffee maker to this. It took me a few days, but I figured out how much to add to my cup each for each refresh. I also like the fact that it makes Latte's too. The only downside is that you need to rinse the milk warmer soon after using it, or it becomes much harder with the heated milk residue. It becomes thick like glue if you wait too long.
