    Not sure about the 4 and 5 star reviews, but if you want watered down coffee then get it. I bought a reusable kcup and use espresso coffee. This helped get a decent cup of coffee, but it keeps me from getting the kind of coffee I really want. I can’t return and I had thrown out my old coffee maker, so I have to make due. Good thing is that it wasn’t as expensive as the other models, which give you a bunch of extras that you’re likely won’t use and will increase the chances of something stopping from working. I think if they would really pay more attention to quality then it would be worth buying, even the expensive one. But for now, it’s a toss of the dice at your expense. Good luck if you don’t heed the warnings.

    This Keurig-K Latte Single Serve K-Cup didn’t work at all, I used a permanent K-Cup filter started the coffee making I could hear it working but no coffee came out and I waited 10 minutes so I returned it back.

    Cheap product, I personally did not like this coffee maker. I took it back and spent the money for the one I actually like. Frother did it's job but I used it once.

    The latte option is poor. The "shot" is watered down and doesn't make a good latte.

    Rubber tasting and smelling coffee

    Smells like rubber wasted gallons of water tried to air out the gasing thoughts would eventually dissipate. Horrible besides toxic smell it could be a cool purchase. Coffee tasted like burning rubber.

    Worked great at first , then after a couple month's it started just over flowing on all the size cups !!!!!

    Wouldn't Brew at all

    I returned this coffee maker because it would not work at all. The power button went on and I heard some kind of startup noise, then it went silent and it would not brew. Instead of getting a replacement, I purchased an electric frother, which was the main reason I wanted this Keurig---it does both brew and froth. Then I realized all a coffee maker does is run water through coffee grounds, so why do need another coffee maker. Now I'm using my old coffee maker and using my electric frother to make lattes, and I saved myself a lot of money.

    It was ok, the frothier base on the side wasn’t easy to bring down. Power on doesn’t mean much if you walk away and comeback. You need to wait for 4 mins and hear the heating sound stop before you can brewer the coffee.

    Not working correctly. Need to hold down handle or it won't work. Notifed Keurig and am waiting for an email from them so I can upload pictures. Have no idea what they will do. A month old.

    Slow to heat, turn off and on to get blue lights for cup size. Disappointed and know why I should have spent %30 more dollars for the other one. Frother works great snd quick

    Coffe maker nightmare

    Brought coffee maker home. Noticed box had no sealing tape on top. Plugged it in, and the only lights that came on was the power light. Put water in the coffee maker, and it never brewed. I’m very upset. Returning back to store.

    The problem with this is that you request 10 oz cup of coffee and you get half. My husband complained so much I purchased him his on totally different. If I would have destroyed the box I would have sent it back.

    3 stars just simply for the fact that you cannot froth milk while coffee is brewing you have to wait until it’s almost done to start frothing. Otherwise it’s a great little machine.
