    Nice for price but small tank. Also plugged up very fast and had to clean nozzle.

    Purchased this machine on Nov 2021, a week later the milk frother stopped working. Figure it was just a defective unit. Went to exchange it. About 1 month later it would turn off in the middle of making the coffee. Went to exchange again. The third replacement same issue after four days. Finally asked for a refund. Machines were only used once a day, and know is not my power as we do have other electrical appliances working just fine.

    I am certain I did not get good deal for the price, because it’s mostly plastic. It doesn’t hold a lot of fluid and I can’t find where to place the filters so I’m not sure this is a very poor purchase .it does look fancy until I started to use it.

    Got this on a sale and it is perfect for my office! The frother can only be turned on when the coffee is actively going into the cup, so I have to make sure I stand watch to turn it on so I don't miss my milk frothing window. I use this daily in the office and use it to make lattes for my team on special events. I have another version at home that has a stainless steel frother that is dishwasher safe. I prefer that model since I can turn the frother on right away and don't have to wait, but I got this one on a sale for $40, so it works well for the price point.

    Bought on a sunday and returned it 4 days later. Was taking 20 mins to brew 1 cup. The new one has been working good. 1 week so far

    If this did not have the auto shut off after a short time period I could've given it a five-star rating but having to turn it on every morning and wait for it to heat up is just ludicrous. Keurig has cut its own throat by doing this plus to shorten the cord to save money and claim it is a safety issue. I seriously doubt I will ever purchase another Keurig appliance again since they are so idiotic in production.

    I have been having problems with the frother from the first usage. I guess it’s just an user error because my sister works fine.

    Coffe making works great! Heats up the water to a great temperature super fast , but doesnt make enough foam for my taste.

    Love this new Keurig!

    Our multi stream Keurig died, which I actually was happy about, because it often sprayed coffee grinds all over the place. Now this Keurig pours beautifully and the frotter is fantastic. I love to make a latte right at home! The only thing I had to get used to, is that it takes a bit to heat up. Now I just make sure it is on all the time.

    I bought one that lasted less than 2 months so i returned it and got another one. The second one had the same issue, but this time right out of the box. I called Keurig support thinking it was me and customer service rep said he's been hearing my issue a lot.
