    I’m assuming I just got a defective one. Gave it as a gift and was slightly embarrassed that it didn’t work. Returned it for a more expensive Keurig. FYI I purchased it on a Black Friday sale

    Literally lasted a year exactly as if it was programmed to fail in time for Xmas, what a crappy product. Never buying keurig again and definitely not recommending to family members or friends.

    We’ve had this for a few weeks now, and it has been a wonderful upgrade from our classic single cup Keurig. I love that any K cup can be brewed with the “latte” button to essentially brew a strong shot. I even bought espresso K cups to heighten the coffee shop experience! The frother has worked well for us with normal low fat milk (where it becomes VERY foamy) and also a flavored oat milk creamer (where it becomes warm and a little airier). Both were great. And of course, it still makes a normal cup of coffee with the 6oz, 8oz, or 10oz cup size options, like other models. All in all, we found this to be a really great upgrade that was still under $100. I can’t imagine that the similar but much pricier K Cafe could be worth the $60-$70 extra!! This does everything I want other than maybe like a cold foam.

    I'm very upset. I ordered this gift for my daughter in law. I was so excited. It arrived She set it up made a cup of coffee . The problem it was just water. No instructions included.. I told her to return and glad I was able to get her one on QVC 2 weeks later.

    It was nice and worked well for all of 15 weeks and then it died. Like every other Keurig coffee maker I have bought none of them lasted more than nine months. Finally learned my lesson and am switching to a different brand of coffee maker.

    I purchased this on 10/7 and it stopped working on 12/30, only 60 days after i began using it. I did not buy the purchase protection and the item is no longer returnable, nor is it usable

    ordered coffee maker wasn't able to use it right away. Just got around to opening it and milk brother is broken. unable to return since it is outside of return window. very disappointed

    I ordered this but it came damage and I returned it and got a different one .The one I got is working well and I love it.I cannot rate it as I did not have the pleasure to use it .
