    Do t buy this if you want a latte.

    You can't choose a double shot when making a latte. Such a waste if you want more than a tiny amount of espresso, because you'll have to use multiple k cups. I am really unhappy with this purchase.

    I had been a decades user of keurig products I wanted this to work but after using a couple of months the latte maker quit. I was so hoping it would be better as keurig seems high maintance. This is an ongoing thing anyone who has had keurig in the past becomes friends with their customer service which is usually great. but disappointing when i have n coffee. i so wanted it to work latte is my fav and when i first got it . it worked perfectly

    2 defective in less than a month and a half!!!

    Purchased for light office use (3/4 employees) and worked great for the first 2 weeks. Then the frother stopped working. Contacted customer service/geek squad and they sent a new one and a label for the old to send back. New one worked maybe a week and got stuck on latte mode and couldn't get an regular cup of coffee. I think we got maybe 5 cups of coffee out of it before it stopped working. Called customer service and geek squad since I purchased the extended warranty. I was told that I would have to take it into the store but since the stores around here did not have any in stock we would just have to wait. I asked for a refund and label to mail this defective one back and still have not received the label.
