    I got this Product 1 month back and today its stop functioning, i tried all button of 8,10, 12 OZ and none is working

    Recently received my Keurig K-Slim unit and ran a few 'tests'...Overall it is a nice machine with the quality the Keurig puts into all its machines. Initial run, water only, was a bit noisy -- first time heating up the coils and 'lubricating' the pump would be my guess. After that, it is no louder than a full-size Keurig machine. Using K-Cup pods gave the same flavor and strength as a full-size Keurig, with no option to change coffee strength. This can be a concern for those, like me, that think that the pods can be a little on the weak side. Using one of the reusable filters, that can be bought just about anywhere anymore, and your own grounds, you can get a good cup from this machine. The machine itself is much deeper than a standard machine, but also much slimmer, so what you gain from the width difference you lose in the depth on a countertop. It is also shorter than a standard machine, which is a bit confusing when they state that you can get a travel mug under the drip basket. Removing the cup base will allow a 20oz or smaller travel mug, but nothing larger. (I use a Bubba 30oz mug and it just won't fit.) I guess this really isn't a bad thing since you can only set the flow for 8oz, 10oz or 12oz anyway. Also, in removing the cup base there is still a 'platform' that your travel mug will sit on. Your mug will not sit directly on the countertop. That's fine, but I would rather have seen the cup base come off like the K-Mug machines, and leave nothing but countertop under your mug. The water reservoir is nice in that it is removeable and holds enough for 3-12oz runs before needing a refill. The reservoir cover comes completely off, rather than being hinged to the body of the machine, but that is the case for most brewers. The reservoir lifts off easily and is easy to reposition on the brewer. I am satisfied with this brewer, but if you (like me) have a little bit of OCD [LOL] it can be a bit of an experience to organize your countertop. PROS: * Slim counter format * Good reservoir size * Keurig quality * 3 brew size settings * Small (standard?) travel mug fits * Can use Keurig 2.0 pods or reuseable filter CONS: * Brewer depth could be a concern for some * Need to do two runs to fill a 20oz travel mug * Mug base is unnecessary (let the mug sit right on the countertop, please) Would I recommend this to a friend? Most probably, if they have counter space (width) concerns or want to directly use a small travel mug or want a quick single cup.
