Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I always wanted one and We finally make the decision to get one, and man this little thing is just amazing, the fast and easy you can make a good coffee is amazing, I don’t have to ask my wife for a cup of coffee, yeah I know sounds lazy, but I am never able to add the correct amount of coffee, now just get the coffee you like, add water insert the K-cup and in lest than a minute you are drinking a hot coffee with your breakfast!

It took seconds for me to figure out, but after about 10 times she figured out how to use it (only a few steps--but she can't remember short term). She can now make her own coffee. It works great, VERY fast, and the pods aren't too bad if I buy from the vendor in volume (Folgers). The hot chocolate is also terrific. Very pleased. I also picked up two different pod holders. A welcome addition.

Great Coffee Maker

We bought another one because it did work and was trouble free for a few years. Don't expect appliances like these to last for years like they used to. Manufacturers are making these to only last a few years and if they go longer than that it's great. This is a good coffee maker and I would definitely recommend one. Don't forget to de-scale when needed or you will have problems.
