    I purchased this for my 83 year old mother who has memory problems. It took seconds for me to figure out, but after about 10 times she figured out how to use it (only a few steps--but she can't remember short term). She can now make her own coffee. It works great, VERY fast, and the pods aren't too bad if I buy from the vendor in volume (Folgers). The hot chocolate is also terrific. Very pleased. I also picked up two different pod holders. A welcome addition.

    I always wanted one and We finally make the decision to get one, and man this little thing is just amazing, the fast and easy you can make a good coffee is amazing, I don’t have to ask my wife for a cup of coffee, yeah I know sounds lazy, but I am never able to add the correct amount of coffee, now just get the coffee you like, add water insert the K-cup and in lest than a minute you are drinking a hot coffee with your breakfast!
