She loves it, quality coffee every time. A large target to pour the water in. Simple to use and reliable. High quality little machine. She's been using hers for about 6 months. I bought this second one as a back up for her. If there is ever a hiccup with it.

Slimmer

It’s slimmer and occupies less counter space. I prefer this over the LCD screen version. The buttons are big and clear and presumably wont give out like the older model that had an LCD screen. I don’t need a K cup to make a hot cup of water. So I use it to heat up oatmeal as well.

It also had other issues, so I generally wanted a new one. The only thing I dislike is that I can't tell when the water is done heating up, but it's a great coffee maker, it does what it needs to do, and I really like it.

We have only made around 15 to 20 cups and it works fine. Very fast-it will make an 8 oz. cup in about 70 seconds. We have very hard water so will have to see how it holds up. Plan to flush it with a vinegar solution on a regular basis to hopefully prevent mineral building up.

The style is on point and is perfect for individual cups of coffee. It’s saving me from buying my morning cup of coffee. It automatically shuts off when not in use. It’s also very easy to use! I would highly recommend this product.
