Speed is not bad, We bought for a counter in our RV to reduce space, unfortunately learned some disappointing things about this unit. The rear tank is an issue to get to unless the unit is pulled out on the counter. The rubber feet on the bottom of ours disintegrated in the first week leaving a slime on the counter and then we discovered that the bottom of the unit was scratching our countertop when we slid it out to fill. This one is going to the garage sale shelf!!
