Disappointed poor quality

simple to use but broke quickly

Fast, quiet and compact.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have an older K50 Keurig brewer and it has always worked great. I got the K-Slim for it's smaller size to free up more counter space. It is very compact width wise, although it is fairly long. It is roughly 4-3/4" wide and 14-1/2" long. It takes up about 3/4 of the depth of our counter. Being more compact, the water reservoir is much smaller than my K50. It can make about four 12oz cups before needing to refill. Even with it pushed all the way back against the wall, you can still remove the reservoir to refill it without having to move it. The controls are on the front at the top where you put the pod. There are options for 8oz, 10oz and 12oz pours as well as add water and descale lights to let you know when each is needed. There is a power button, but it will automatically turn on when you open the pod door as well. The K-Slim shuts off automatically after five minutes. It does not have an option to automatically start brewing at a set time like the bigger models, however, it brews so quickly that I don't believe it matters. The K-Slim is extremely quiet compared to the full size brewers. My K50 you could hear the pump from across the house, with the K-Slim all you hear is the coffee hitting the cup. The K-Slim has quickly taken over as my go-to coffee maker. Overall, with it's compact design, quiet and quick brewing, and 12oz max pour, I highly recommend the K-Slim.

Cute but does not work!

I set it up and did not use because if mandatory distance learning. Now that I am back in my classroom (still without kiddos) I thought I would give it a try and nothing! A small drizzle of cold water! No hot, yummy coffee! Tried several times with no results. This unit does not work. :(

Did not work as advertised

This was a substandard machine that never discharged the amount of liquid selected. It is slim, but it is extremely long and did not fit my shelf space I used for my old (2014) Keurig model. Replaced with a traditional K 50 classic which so far works as advertised.

Not a great buy

It then began to bust the kcups with its steam. Then it just stopped working. We had been keeping up with descaling it and keeping it clean. The heating element stopped working or something because only cold water comes out :(

Buy another model of Keurig . Do not buy this one

The first I got a replacement when it broke so quickly. And now, my replacement one is also broken. I highly recommend NOT purchasing this model. My other keurig lasted years, while two of this model went bad within 6 months

Done with Keurig

Got rid of it. This model also started making noise and then would pop the GFI. Looked online & that seems to be an issue. Can't return to Best Buy because a month past after they will take a return. Done with Keurig.

It just Stopped working.

You could hear the motor trying to start and it just stopped. I don't even use it every day and I have a light tough so it wasn't as though I was beating it up. I thought maybe this was just a bad apple

Not worth it

He did used only for one month and did not work after . I did go to the store they told me to call Compani called the company they did not replace this coffee maker even with Warranty. Don’t west is your time and money. Not good .

Defective

Six cups of coffee total. Then the next weekend, first time filling the water tank and starting it up it completely died on us.

Waste of effort…. TWICE!

No thanks for it leaking all over the desk and the second one getting stuck in descale mode and never working again. Average three months of regular use before melt down each time.
