Has not been used. The previous model was purchased for its compact size and to be used at a vacation home. It was only used for a few weeks before it died. Rear water fill makes it difficult to fill if in a tight space.

Will stop brewing suddenky and had to unplug and plug the machine multiple times to make it work correctly. After 6 months the system lights stopped working.

The area where you place the filter that houses the grounded coffee also cannot be taken out to be washed This design need to be designed in a way where the grounded coffee need to be soaked in the steaming water for a mount of adjustable time so the coffee can be at different strength. It is very wasteful of the hot water barely just drain through the grounded coffee.. This is beginner coffee making and not hard core type.. The longer the grounded coffee is soaked in the water.. the less wasteful and the stronger the coffee will be as some people desire.. Just hot water running through the grounded coffee and you say that it is a coffee maker is mediocre beginner level (:
