Q: is the cup included? (5 answers)
A: The item description states the mug is sold separately.Q: Are there multiple temperatures to choose from or what temperature is the coffee? (5 answers)
A: There is only one button and there are no temperature settings. The temperature of the unit results in the coffee being a little weaker than some of Keurig's other multi-cup units. The lines for the water volume are inaccurate in our unit too. Have never measured the final temperature.Q: Can I use my own coffee in this machine instead of the prefilled k cups/pods? (3 answers)
A: You can use your own coffee as long as u have a reusable filter designed for the k cup machine.- A: I had to replace my older Keurig. I tried resetting and de-liming the machine, but "prime" kept coming up unless I unplugged the machine and restarted each time. It would work, but got very tired of doing this every time I wanted a cup of coffee, so I bought a new smaller machine for the office. Go to You-Tube to see ways to fix your older machine. The reservoir doesn't hold much water and is designed for single use, which is okay, but a hassle to add water each time I use the machine (also needed to keep an unused cup to add water each time). I don't use Keurig at home anymore, for convenience I will use a Nespresso machine or for more coffee a traditional coffee maker with a burr grinder. If I were to compare the taste of each machine, the traditional coffee maker is better. I stopped making coffee with a French press and pour over method because it was more work to do. I hope this was helpful.
Q: How long does it take to brew a cup? (4 answers)
A: 3 Minutes- A: Thanks for your question. With the drip tray removed, the K-Mini coffee maker can accommodate a mug up to 7 inches tall. Hope this helps!
Q: Does the filter come together or I need to buy separately? (4 answers)
A: Keurig coffee makers don't use a coffee filter. You will need to use coffee pods (K-pods). You can purchase at Costco, grocery stores, etc. Only downside to this single use coffee maker is the water reservoir isn't very large and you will need to fill up when you use the machine. Also the designer mug that is pictured with the coffee maker isn't included. If you want to grind your own coffee, there is a reusable K-pod that allows you to pack your own coffee (cheaper? but a lot of work which defeats the purpose of a Keurig). I had one of the original machines and replaced it with this smaller one for the office. The footprint of this machine is very small, but the other machines with the larger water reservoirs are more convenient if you are making a lot of coffee. Hope this is helpful.
