    It broke after 5 months. Had given it to my sister as a gift. She was so excited then very sad it broke

    It has very small water tank, for making one coffee you need to put 2 times water

    I haven't had this a year and it's acting up. I have to keep opening and shutting lid and hitting button to start brewing at least 3 times before it makes a cup. I keep it clean and do the vinegar maintenance on it but still on it's last leg. I bought another one to have for backup when this one is finally done. But not from Best Buy.

    Cheap. I purchased this to replace a bigger Keurig machine, I wanted to reclaim some counter space. This item is so cheaply made, when it’s releasing water it sounds like it years old and not brand new. My daughter has a single serve keurig and it’s great so I saw this on sale and grabbed it. I figured it was a plus that it was the Designer model. It’s not. I’m keeping my old one and returning.

    I bought two, one for a gift and one for myself. Both quit working within a month to six weeks. I have own the larger one and was happy with it. Was excited for a smaller pretty version. Total junk.

    We bought it on sale, and thought it was a good replacement for our 6 year old Keurig that was still working, but you know, it was old. Bought it in July 2021. It had a 1 year warranty. It stopped working in August 2022. Bravo to the engineers who could so precisely design this so it gets broke right after the warranty expires.

    I order this Keurig online to be shipped to my home because I just had a baby. The item arrived used. The box was damaged and when I open it there’s no manual, the Keurig was used with coffee and water drops still inside the reservoir. That was super gross! I had to take it back to Best Buy which was an inconvenience to me because I have 3 little ones under 3yrs old so that was not easy. I reorder another one praying and hoping that this time it didn’t come used.

    This worked quite well to provide my morning cuppa joe. Then 15 days before the warranty was up, it would no longer start brewing when I pressed the top!
