    Bought this as a Christmas gift. I later read a review and was totally disappointed to learn that the matching mug is NOT included. Shouldn’t have put a picture of it on box!

    The worstProduct that I have used you have to pour the coffee in you push the button one time it takes about three or four minutes for the coffee to go into the unit then you have to push the button again and sometimes it doesn’t work and then you have to push it again to get the coffee to go through the machine and fill your cup however you have to wait at least 3 to 4 minutes for that to happen so a total of about 10 minutes per cup of coffee totally not convenient

    Bought for gift, because was the best price at the time. Should have waited a little longer, cause regular ones now same price or lower.

    Didn't work very well. I had other Keurig's that worked fine. Maybe that's why this one was on clearance.

    I bought this after my last 2 keurigs died after 2 years. I thought i would get the smaller without the extra bells and whistles like our last one, well this one died after 4 months. Can't return it because it's past best buys dates. Keurig has lost the convenience side of a coffee maker after buying too many duds. Back to percolator, my last one worked for 35 years.

    I could not get this coffee maker to work. Push the top and it would click on then off. Try it a few times & nothing. Water would go away, then all of a sudden it would make the coffee and water would overflow everywhere. And, I can’t even return it, but it is pretty at least. Piece of junk - do not buy this.

    This system was cute, but it really didn't live up to the decorative elements. It wasn't long after purchase that it quit functioning without the lid being held down by hand, which required a good 3-plus minutes of time, attention, and pressure. Not how a Keurig should perform. Huge disappointment.

    This is probably one of the worst functioning Keurigs I have ever used. I hate that it doesn’t have the settings where you can choose the size, but rather you put in the amount of water you want your cup to have. And it takes ages to heat up and finally pour. It’s not great. Don’t buy unless it’s a necessity for your small space.

    I bought this as a Christmas present and I was very disappointed when I was told that the cop was not included that was the whole purpose of getting this particular Keurig. Had I known it didn’t come with a cup I would not have made this purchase.

    I ordered this because i loved the look and design, was extremely disappointed that it wouldnt even heat my water. My tap water is warmer than what this coffe pot heated the temperature to. I love keurig but this one fell short.

    This was a Christmas present for my wife she loved it and use it every day she constantly tells me how well it works what was it. She used it doing a get together with her girlfriends and they said they would love to have one to use as well

    Stop working in less than 2 months

    Bought this coffee maker on 09/29/2022, and stopped working today. It only lasts for less than 2 months. It was manufactured in 2021 and the 1 year warranty has already expired. Very disappointed.

    Issues with power

    I bought this to replace my old Kuerig. It worked for the first week and then i had issues getting it to power on. Finally i went back to my old Kuerig. That one has always worked.

    Dead on arrival. Won't buy another one, even though my dad has a larger one, and it seems to work fine. Lots of bad reviews on this model. Stay away from it.
