    Sorry it was defective But cute Wasted a few bottles of water and a lot of k-cups I won’t get the time , energy spent , video watching ,or extra expense back . So disappointing . Beware some are just defective

    I do not like it, it does not work good. Item does not work properly. I follow directions and wait forever for coffee and it works sometimes. Unfortunately, it is nothing like the other Keurig's.

    it stops working within 8 months. I hadn't even used it that much. wasn't satisfied with the product, a coffee maker should last longer than that.

    I’m very disappointed with the Keurig Adler single serve coffee maker. Won’t heat the water and not working just out of the box. Guess I’ll go back to dependable drip coffee.

    Returned wasn’t worth the money. Overpriced. Have other keurigs but didn’t like it. Others might like. Real compact but doesn’t hold much water

    This is a real piece of junk. Impossible to make a cup of coffee. I call customer service and they could not tell me how to use it..It is now in the junk.
