    This allows to disarm the system without putting in the code. The range is pretty good. Battery is not replaceable which is estimated to last 5 years.

    I actually use it MUCH more than I anticipated I would, literally everyday, I arm/diasarm my system multiple times with this key fob. I don't keep it on my keys...maybe I should...but it is near me day and night. Haven't had to use the "panic" option, and hopefully I never will have too, but I anticipate it will work efficiently and promptly.

    We actually use this to activate and deactivate the system within the house. You don’t have to enter any codes on the keypad, when using the remote. Very easy.
