    I'm so glad I took a chance on this keyboard. Great connection to Mac and Windows, easily hot swappable, easy to remap keys and customize lighting, easy and intuitive to switch between lighting or turn it off. I was worried it might be louder than I want but it's so quiet! Perfect weight to the keys and the whole keyboard. I thought it might suck cause you never know but it turned out to be the best ever.

    Would rate the V5 Max 96 ~four and a half stars--it's a great keyboard; it's not perfect. Probably the best value in this category of keyboard, I enjoy it much more than the comparable but pricier K5 Max 100, which I returned. Overall very satisfied with the purchase!

    I absolutely love this keyboard! The keys are smooth and take a beating. I’m a hard typer. It’s easy to use. Easy to program. Ability to connect to 3 different devices. Programmable color schemes. Programmable keyboard layout. This is the best keyboard I could’ve asked for!

    What a wonderful keyboard! It's premium without paying too much, and works perfectly for both recreation and work. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for something that is tactilely enjoyable without a crazy price tag.

    This keyboard was nice, I unfortunately had what seemed like a motherboard defect on the model I got with constant A key mis firing. I worked with Keychron support who were very willing to play ball if Bestbuy didn't on return. I'm ultimately going to buy a different model form this company though because the quality was very nice for the price.
