    One of the better budget keyboards with a numpad. It's a good starter keyboard. Build quality is good. Keycaps felt ok. Keychron software is similar to VIA and is very intuitive to use, and you don't have to download/install the software. I ended up returning it because I wanted to tinker further with keycaps and switches, and this board did not sound like what I expected when I replaced those components. However, the product is still excellent and of good quality, so I'll give it 5 stars

    Keys are smooth and don't make too much noise, have a good feel with a slight softness. Very customizable when it comes to lighting even without the software to change it more specifically. Great packaging as well.

    The only downside is that the linear switches it comes with are a little light for my tastes, remedied by buying a different set. The in browser software for lighting is far better than the bloatware associated with other products

    Would rate the V5 Max 96 ~four and a half stars--it's a great keyboard; it's not perfect. Probably the best value in this category of keyboard, I enjoy it much more than the comparable but pricier K5 Max 100, which I returned. Overall very satisfied with the purchase!

    This keyboard was nice, I unfortunately had what seemed like a motherboard defect on the model I got with constant A key mis firing. I worked with Keychron support who were very willing to play ball if Bestbuy didn't on return. I'm ultimately going to buy a different model form this company though because the quality was very nice for the price.

    I really like this keyboard unfortunately I had to return it at I have extra large hands. No fault to the keyboard but I returned it and ordered the V6 full size. I would highly recommend this just for smaller hand

    I absolutely LOVE this keyboard! I love the Blue color of it. The backlighting is not bright, doesn’t hurt my eyes, and I hardly even notice it. The click of the keys is not loud and obnoxious. It is instead very creamy and soft. I’m very Happy with this purchase and I highly recommend it.

    I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and he loves it. Definitely his favorite thing he received, which is saying a lot, because this man is spoiled. Thank you Best Buy for making ordering and pickup such a breeze as well. Time and money well spent.
