No product no refund

I called to solve the problem and they told me that I couldn't get a refund because i didnt have an order number and the oreder was made "in-store". Now im out of $400 because the store cant refund my money without the product.

Small with great capabilities.

We have looked on forums and Youtube to help sync the couches with no luck. This right here was inexpensive and worked well connecting the audio. The couch sound, volume, and delay were a huge issues to the point where we were going to return the couches. We spent almost 8 hours working on this set up, and it worked.
