Customers are saying
Customers admire Kingdom Hearts III's smooth gameplay, engaging story, and visually appealing worlds. Many found the game fun and a good value for the price, also praising the music. However, some players felt the difficulty could be increased, and a few criticized the voice acting and the length of the cutscenes. Overall, the positive feedback on gameplay and story outweighs the negative comments on other aspects.

Extremely convoluted story
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After years of not playing a game in this series, I forgot how convoluted and crazy the storyline is to follow. The action is fun but the story is extremely hard to follow. Only consider this if you've played all the games in the series.

An ok follow up to it’s predecessor
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After such a long wait, I suppose I expected more than what we got. The game felt aimless until near very end and no real improvement over the previous mainline title in terms of combat. Overall felt very archaic in its mechanics.

It's...a Kingdom Hearts game.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was 22 when the first KH game came out. I played and beat it, and was excited to pick up KH2 when it came out 3 years later. That's so you understand I was already an adult. It's been 17 years since the first game released, and now I can honestly say, I'm too old for this crap. It still plays like the original game (that's a bad thing; controls have been standardized since then and left this poor style behind). And the story telling is more convoluted than ever. Before you play, you can choose a "The story so far option". This tells you the story of the past games. Except, it doesn't. It tells you a little of KH1, skips KH2, and only tells you the inane story that was in the DS/3DS/PSP side stories. I don't care about Sora's clone who has a clone and that that clone is going to steal the other clone's memories just by existing while the first clone is stealing Sora's memories just by existing and somehow this story of Disney and Final Fantasy just became so poorly thought out I'm ready to blow my brains out. Then the game starts. And I'm already behind on the story because "The Story So Far" didn't even bother to get me caught up on the story and what happened just moments before we see Sora & the gang. We find out they need to find Hercules, and Sora starts flexing like the worst cartoon you've ever seen in your life. (The LEGO games understand how to be more reserved, and they're silly!) They then sit in a gummy ship, suddenly unsure how to get to Olympus despite going there multiple times before. Donald says "follow your heart", and Sora gets confused. Goofy says "Your heart is the key", and Sora suddenly goes "that's not cryptic at all, that must mean KEYBLADE!!" AND NOW I'M POST HUMOUSLY WRITING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE I ENDED MY LIFE RIGHT THERE. I CAN'T TAKE IT, PLEASE LET ME RETURN THIS GAME. (Did I forget to mention that they had the audacity, after already having an intro that said "Kingdom Hearts III" in the most masturbatory way possible, to then flash "Kingdom Hearts II.9" on the screen after the gummy ship went into warp? Internet seems to think it's a joke; that's not a joke. It's just part of the most poorly planned title that is FAR too many years in the making.)

Decent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you played Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2 you might like to play this, but i'd say its rather tame and can sometimes be boring at points, feels like you constantly press X until you win.

Didn't enjoy this game compared to other KH games
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Compared to it's predecessors (more specifically 2 and Birth By Sleep) this game is far more dull in terms of everything apart from music, felt unmotivated to play compared to the other games that got me hooked.

It's Time to Finish the Story
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After waiting so long to complete the journey, there's no way that it could live up to the hype. There are problems with the game, but nothing should stop you from seeing the worlds of Kingdom Hearts III.

If Only It Made Sense
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very pretty and colorful game. Gameplay somehow too chaotic and too easy at the same time. The story has gotten too nonsensical. The Toy Story level was a nice touch.

||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product! Great experience! 6/10 Richards
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my wife, and she was very excited about it. Unfortunately, it never got opened, but after hearing a lot of reviews on this game, it left a lot to be desired.

||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The frozen level it's pretty bad, and the level seeing overall. The combat is just plan random. The story is confusing Yet it is so charming it makes you keep playing. It is a wired game

Fun to play yet so convoluted
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am enjoying the game but I am dissapointed that every 3-5 battles there is a 5-10 minute cutscene trying to explain what is going on. Kingdom Hearts is trying to wrap a 17 year story stretched across multiple platforms, all that are canon in some way and it is incredibly hard to follow. I don’t mind putting in effort to understand story but I never owned some of the systems the other games came out on so I have to try to fit large missing gaps with the included cutscenes, the “story so far” sections and keep my phone next to me constantly looking up whoever that guy is that just showed up.

Good, but very confusing
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've played the previous entires for this series, and this was probably my least favorite. The game play was good, but the story was convoluted then ever.

Disney Final Fantisy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The game play is pretty fun but for me to get into the story i couldn't do it. Was told by alot of people that its a great game and story, but it feels a bit childish (very Disney). Overall its a solid game.

Looks pretty that's about it
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game, after waiting so long for a conclusion it completely fails to deliver one. It's fun to mash buttons on and looks pretty, but it's just really not that good. Play KH2 instead.

It's ok
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you liked the other ones, you'll probably like this one. It's ridiculous story seems like it was written by a team of writers locked in a cell and fed nothing but speed and mushrooms.

Its another Kingdom hearts!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't expect anything different from the past games. Same game play with much improved graphics. Overall it is good game just to see closure to some of the characters in the game.

Disappointing
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disappointing! After waiting so long for the third and final chapter to this beloved franchise, I was truly let down. The pacing for the game was off and felt very rushed, all the resolutions of the entire saga take place in the last 20 mins. The worlds didn’t feel as immersive as previous titles (aside from Pirates & Tangled). Also what the heck was up with that ending? Ugh, this is the least memorable of the series. Kingdom Hearts 2 is still the best in my opinion.

It's a far reach from the original
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disney broke this game, they tried to intergrate To much of what makes disney great, and moved away from what made the games amazing. It's pretty much just a long commercial for their parks.

Waited So Long
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Definitely not the best in the franchise, but I've waited so long for a console release. graphics are beautiful and the gameplay chaotic. I enjoyed it for what it's worth.
