Worth the wait!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been into this series from day one. Played through the first world, and the visuals are amazing. Battle is fluid, and easy to get used to. Special attacks are plentiful and enjoyable to use. All in all, it was worth it to see that the game come out as good as we all hoped. Grab a copy for yourself. You won't regret it.

Fantastic end to the series (for now!)
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's amazing how much game engines have evolved since Kingdom Hearts II. This game incorporates all the best features from previous titles, like the reaction commands from KHII, the Flow motion from DDD, the fluid combat from BBS, so on. It also looks amazing, the environments are so vivid, and the soundtrack is near perfect.

Doesn't quite live up to the hype
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Kingdom Hearts III finally released, 13 years after Kingdom Hearts II. This sequel generated a ton of hype, as the its two previous installments were generally favorably received by fans and critics. In my opinion, KH3 doesn't quite live up to the hype. If you have not, at the very least, played both Kingdom Hearts 1&2, you'll have a very tough time following the plot. And even if you did, the story still is convoluted at times. Considering that the game is heavily narrative-based, this is a concern. The game is quite easy if you play on its default difficulty. Gamers that are looking for a challenge should play on "proud" mode. Fans of the Disney universe will enjoy the Disney settings and characters you will interact with in the game. Most of the Disney voice actors from the movies assume their respective roles in the game, which is a big plus. Overall, I found the game to be a bit disappointing. I feel that if it wasn't for the Disney characters, this would be a game that most people would probably pass on. This sequel is mainly for die-hard Kingdom Hearts and Disney fans.

Make sure you’re caught up with the story
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Waited forever for this game, and I am not disappointed. If you haven’t played the games after KH 2, you’ll be slightly lost. But check any YouTube video or play the games and you’ll be fine. Love the new worlds, game play is a little easier (which I like) so you’re not super stuck on one boss forever. 10/10 would recommend

Expected More
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't get me wrong, Kingdom Hearts III is loads of fun and I'm glad I bought it. But for a game that released nearly a decade and a half after its immediate numerical predecessor, I couldn't help but feel it lacked a number of things that made the series special. For one, there are no Final Fantasy characters (save for moogles and the occasional statue). I also missed the forms from Kingdom Hearts II that allowed you to dual wield and cruise around the battlefield. Instead, your keyblade changes forms based on the one you're wielding and many of the new elements (attractions in particular) are all about taking control away from Sora. They look nice, but sometimes all I want to do is whack people with a big key and this detracts from that. But the biggest problem of all is that you are expected to have played all of the spinoff games in order to have some semblance of an understanding about what's going on in the plot. What started as a fun adventure about traveling to various Disney worlds to find your friends has evolved into a convoluted mess about darkness and hearts and Nobodies and time travel and while I understand a person can pick up the complete package on PS4 and get caught up, it's asking a lot to expect the average consumer to invest in a dozen other games before being allowed to understand the plot of a game titled Kingdom Hearts THREE.

It’s great!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been looking forward to this game for soooo long! It is a wonderful addition to the series and did not disappoint. I enjoyed it more than I could have hoped. The graphics are awesome, and the gameplay flows very well. I was a little worried at first, but once it came to me, it all made sense. 6 stars if I could!

The wait is finally over!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you’re a fan of the series this will be as enjoyable as the previous games in the series. The gameplay is top notch but the story could have used some work especially after the decade plus of development.

Best of both worlds.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If your a fan of the Final Fantasy series or action RPG games in general it blends the two worlds together with the Disney universe. Fans of Kingdom Hearts have waited a long time and finally it’s here for us all to enjoy and certainly doesn’t disappoint. Great graphics and gameplay and appeals to all ages. Recommended.

Kingdom Hearts Fan Rejoice!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fans of the series will be happy. And if you have never played the Kingdom Hearts series then you are in for a unique gaming experience. It offers colorful graphics and a low difficulty level. This game, without a doubt, offers an entertaining experience. The story can get confusing but other than that it is a fun RPG.

Beautiful game and one of the best games for 2019
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I waited many years for this game to came out. I bought this from the sales last month and I was blown away by the graphics of this game. The story can be a little bit confusing because I recommend to get the KH The Story So Far game collection to catch up on the story. Definitely one of the best games of 2019.

Storyline & Great Graphics
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has it really been about 20 something yeats since, the very first one came out? But small price to deal, with for a game series that I will never tirw of.

A Worthy Third Entry
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved my time playing Kingdom Hearts 3. The worlds were gorgeous and the battle system is a blast with additions like the Disney Ride attacks and unique Keyblade forms. My only complaint is I wish the Final Fantasy characters appeared and some worlds like the Frozen one were bigger.

Fun game
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've always liked the kingdom hearts series for the game dynamics and fighting system. The plot tends to be convoluted and secondary to the actual playing experience. This game is no different. I don't mind the plot so much because the graphics are beautiful and it's just really fun to explore each world

The the KH you know and love
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Graphics are great, performance is not. The game also has no FF characters. Plays okay. Mind-numbingly easy, though, to the point that it's hardly fun. Feels like Disney put a death grip on this game and they released it as a cash grab knowing, exploiting KH fans. Terrible addition to the series.

Amazing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I know it took way longer than expected for this game to come out but wow. It looks amazing in 4K on the ps4 pro. If you have never played this game you will immediately fall in love with it as it is everything expected and more. It’s amazing how Disney is incorporated into the story lines and it’s not bootleg.

Waited over a decade!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hadn't played a Kingdom Hearts game in well over a decade and it's been fun playing this last entry. Everything feels and sounds like it did before, which is why it's good but also why it's kinda bad. Dialogue is so weird and the graphics aren't as nice as you'd expect, but the action is so good and so far the story is as well. I think any KH fan should grab this.
