The El Centro Store saved my Bacon as my old Microwave caught fire several day before our New Years Eve party. I couldn't find any of the chain appliance stores that could help me replace it before the first week in January. The El Centro Best Buy Store not only was able get me a replacement, they were able to get me the upgraded model two days before New Years and the new model out shined the old model and at a lower price than the competition.

I chose this convection microwave because it was the best option for my space. It works great and looks even better.

Can't wait to start grilling and use the convection oven. Nice that they supply grill stands too>

The microwave compliments the design of my kitchen. Works well. Good size.

We were very exited when we install this convection microwave. We like the idea that we can use it as a microwave and for grilling as well. First couple days it ran smooth and fabulous but right on third day it started making noise. It's louder than my 20 years old cheap microwave. It works but it's not the great.

My KitchenAid Convection Microwave exceeded all of my expectations. I used it for all of my baking needs when possible because of its size. There was no need for heating up a big oven when my smaller one did the job using less energy.

Does it’s job.. I kind of find it expensive for the features. I am hoping that it will hold up for 10+ years as it’s kitchen aid

Opening to left for easy use was why we selected this verses opening lower door and cumbersome use with dish.

This convection microwave is a great product. It has the all the features you would expect in a high end product. The control panel is very user friendly. I highly recommend this convection microwave.

Love the Microwave and especially the Convection oven part. Makes a great little extra oven when you need it or don't want to heat up your big oven to bake a small item.

Great microwave, this is one of many kitchen aid products we own. Will continue to buy this brand, does not disappoint. Bought this for a work space & have no issues or complaints.

Needs trim kit it is really small but the only one with convection . Spendy$$

Works well, nice microwave. The only thing I dont like, there isnt any buttons automatically programed for 1,2,3... minute cooking. For that reason I gave it 4 stars. With my old GE microwave I could just press the number pad and it would automatically start cooking that number of minutes.

It would be nice if it was bigger. But I love the stainless steel I love the baking cooking the grilling the microwave it's quiet it's beautiful it's a great oven / microwave.

We love this microwave and the fact that it is also a convection oven. I believe it is way overpriced, but it was the only one that would fit the space that we needed in the black stainless steel.

Microwave is very quiet. The preset buttons work how they are supposed to. I am a believer in Kitchenaid products and will always buy them.

Not enough info for use of this product. Need more guidance for using the convection along with a list of possible containers to use with convection that fit on the revolving glass plate??
