a very nice size microwave that looks and performs well.

Love this microwave. The sensor settings are neat too. It will cook potatoes long enough until completion. Easy to clean, very spacious.

Our prior microwave lasted - wait for it - 27 years. So we have pretty high expectations for any new one we chose. That said, our experience with this one so far has been excellent. Much higher cooking wattage is leading to significantly shorter times (e.g., a cup of water for tea that used to take 2 minutes is now done at 1:40, etc.). Very high capacity, almost "main" oven size interior. It's a bit louder than our prior microwave. It also comes out a bit more from the wall in front of the cabinetry - not a big deal visually, but what we've discovered is that it more completely covers the activity from the range below - so steam from boiling pots below is a more likely to accumulate on the bottom of the microwave. So you need to be a bit mindful of a quick wipe-down of the bottom in such cases after cooking on the range. In total, very impressed with our first month or so relying on it!

Super easy installation and easy operation. Love all the features!

The microwave was installed only last Sunday, and I am pleased with it's performance. So far it's good and I'm happy with it. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to my friends and relatives - besides looking classy and neat, it matches with all my kitchen appliances.

Bought this because it has a better door closure system. Much quieter than any previously owned microwaves. Also requires less pressure on key pad. Would recommend this item.

Had to replace our KitchenAid microwave and after some research ,found this model was highly rated but saw that it was a little pricey ....Shopped around and luckily found this ON SALE at Best Buy....have had it for couple of months now and it is fabulous.

Best microwave I've owned. This unit works great, and all the built in features and functions do exactly what they are supposed to do. Love the soften and melt settings. The reheat plate functions work well. Has a ton of power when needed.

Only have had it installed a week but enjoying the simplicity for using this microwave. it does tell you to use plastic wrap to cover items being microwaved - do this, don't use the plastic covers you may have used as i have in the past - I did on reheating an entry and it was burned to a crisp. Lesson learned.

Looks great and is super easy to use; Quieter than older models.

Microwave is easy to understand and quiet when in use

This MW oven replaced a much earlier version of the same oven. This one is a somewhat larger and is visually dominating the space over the stove. It works just fine and the ability to program and change certain functions is a definite plus. The major drawback is how loud it is, especially when first starting up. Much louder than the old high mileage unit it replaced.

Our Kitchenaide microwave is certainly an upgrade from the more than 10-year-old Kenmore we replaced. It's faster cooking, it's quieter, it's more attractive, and it's got a more quality feel to it. We like it.

We love this microwave! It does everything we need with a few extras that will be used. The size was a little larger by an inch in the depth. Never realized the granite went up past the old microwave. We did not want to spend more money pulling or the granite to cut 2 inches off the top of it. We may do that in the future. But for now it is not bothersome. Excellent choice for our needs! Oh, forgot to mention the inside of this microwave is much larger than our 10 year old KitchenAid microwave and that is a bonus we had not realized!!

Overall, this is a really good microwave. It is efficient, and very easy to use. It has a multitude of preset cooking settings for various food items. The only negatives are very dim inside and lower lights, and only one exhaust fan inlet opening to draw air/grease from stove cooking. My previous microwave had 3 fan inlets and brighter lights.

One of the best microwaves we have ever have that has been over a stove. It was a little more pricer but works flawless and is heavy duty and works without error or even complications. Love it!
