I love my new Kitchen Aid over the range microwave. Nice selection of heating options, the quietest microwave I've ever owned, easy cleaning, and a nice sounding chime when it's done with a cycle.

Enjoy it.. less deep than the 1.9 and that helps. I miss the manual timed defrost and reheat however.

Love it and works great. Good fan my old one was crap.

The install instructions were a little rough but we got it done. The unit has good power, definitely different than what we're accustomed to, but that isn't necessarily bad. Wish you could get a one or two minute cycle just by pressing the 1 or 2 button, but oh well.

We worked our old Samsung until it died. I wish I had changed it before if I knew how quiet, efficient, fast the new microwave is. Highly recommended.

Solidly built microwave I purchased from Pacific Sales. Could have spent a lot less with other brands, however this one impressed with design, feel & reviews. Install wasn't too difficult. Tons of great features, one of which is the door. The hinge is placed interior to the edge of the unit, keeping the width of the microwave true to specs with the door open. Critical if this will be installed close to the same depth as surrounding cabinets.

I’ve had this microwave for 8 days although it was purchased on 9/9 it wasn’t delivered until 9/30) Looks beautiful but even more the functionality is great.

Very quiet operation. Sensor cook buttons are based on weight of food, but are accurate.

The features of this microwave is the one I like. It’s so simple to operate and it’s user friendly. With the reasonable price and with great quality I would definitely recommend this product to my relatives and friends.

Replaced over stove unit with this Microwave. Installed by myself,difficult but able to do it myself. Have had unit about one month it is easy to use. Vent works great has four speeds. Internal space is large and with rack has two levels.

Senses the food you are cooking, pretty cool, although it does seem to take longer than my old (OLD) one. I think the cooking is more even though, i.e. warm all the way around rather than cold in some parts and hot in others.

What a great upgrade from our previous microwave oven. It has all the bells and whistles that anyone needs. Not to say that I will use them all. Very pleased with its performance.

We are very satisfied with this purchase. You can always rely on KitchenAid. this has all the functions anyone could want or need in a microwave and then some... I use it daily & would be lost without it. We purchased this to replace a GE profile microwave above the stove unit that didn’t last as long as it could or should have. would never buy GE profile again but have & will purchase kitchen aid again.

The install by Best Buy was seamless, with no hassle. The installer was very professional and courteous. Microwave works great.

For perfectly in cabinets. Has sensors while heating to ensure things are cooked properly. Has a lot of cooking options. The display is nice and bright. Very happy with this purchase.

Love the look of this microwave, but is has been falling apart over the 4 years of ownership. The clock keeps lagging, so we need to reset it every few months. Also, sometimes when the door is closed, the microwave thinks the door is still open. Thus, the microwave is unusable when this occurs. We purchased all matching Kitchenaid appliances 4 years ago, and every item has issues. We do not have kids, so normal everyday use.

I liked the look of this model and it was very user friw friendlydly, never had to refer to manual and could use many settings. And love the new handle that helps keep the face if the oven clean.

Bought as part of a three piece KitchenAid promo and price was awesome. Took my kitchen reno guy about 15 mins to install. Sensor reheat works well. Butter softener setting works well. Just a good microwave at a good price. Looks good.
