Microwave looks great, easy to use, does the job. I have to yet try all the features! But for basic microwave use it is great.

Excellent quality. I didn't want the convection feature in a microwave so this is perfect. It cooks evenly. Beautifully designed and plenty of power.

I Like the microwave. Love it being so quiet. We purchased it on sale and the price at Best Buy was great. Two issues I think need a redesign: 1. The light is set toward the back rather than in the middle where lighting the stove would make sense. 2. The display buttons are not lighted or back lit making the display a bit hard to read under dim lighting. The last Kitchen Aide we owned was the $700 plus model and it was JUNK. We repaired it three times and finally trashed it. We discovered manyl reviews on the more expensive model confirmed the JUNK of that model.

We have multiple KitchenAid appliances that are over 15 years old and still working. Great performance and looks great.

This Kitchenaid microwave is a well made stainless steel over the range unit. It is a powerful unit.

Very well put together and easy to install. The interior makes it alot easier to clean compared to other microwaves i have used in the past.

We had to buy an exact replacement for this unit after it broke so it would match our other existing appliances. We didn’t pick these out, they were in our house when we bought it. I am a little concerned that the last one only lasted 3 years...but hopefully this one will do better. The delivery was an absolute nightmare, but that is a review for another page.

The microwave works very well. If I had to complain about anything: the door takes a bit of a “slam” to close. I’ll get used to it.

Replaced my old microwave with this one to match my KitchenAid appliances and it looks great! They did change the way the handle looks, but its not that noticeable. It does stick out further but that provides for more Cubic Space. Installation had a challenge with my tile backsplash due to larger capacity, but the installation team help me address that.

This replaced a 17 year old GE that I never had a problem with until it died. I’ve had it about a month and so far not too bad. Does not cook evenly however. I use it mainly to reheat, defrost and for bacon and sausage, popcorn, frozen items etc. The times allotted for cooking are never correct and spots in food are overcooked or undercooked. You could probably get the same quality for half the price. Best Buy third party installers tried to make me pay an additional $75. For drilling holes to install the unit. I declined. I told Best Buy but I doubt they care.

Simple to use and heats up cold food like a champ. What more do you want out of a microwave.
