    We bought a Samsung and it was a mess in every category. Whirlpool is nice (our last microwave), but if you can step it up to a KitchenAid, it is the Mercedes of the pack. Controls are easily defined and easy to use. Everything works accurately throughout. Highly recommend this product to anyone ready for the next microwave.

    We are happy with the product. Unfortunately kitchenAid microwaves are very expensive so when you want to buy a package this is the piece that inflates the cost compared to other brands. We only got this one to match the other appliances.

    Love this KitchenAid microwave's functionality and style! It was my over-the-range replacement to my 2003 KitchenAid model. The black stainless steel is so beautiful, now I want to get the entire Kitchenaid suite of appliances! The Open Box deal was phenomenal and the Customer Service Rep at pickup was amazing!
