Overall great microwave. Easy to use. Looks great

The purchasing, delivery and installation of the microwave was quick and easy.

First time to try this, this is very good. The fan is strong enough to take the cooking smell out, is better than other brand I had. And the working sounds is lower than other brand too.

Best Buy Made everything easy. It took 10 minutes to buy and set up free delivery. Delivery was on time, very professional folks.

Works great and looks great in our kitchen. reheating your coffee takes 20 seconds.

The control panel is easy to understand and use. The overall look is fantastic.

Good microwave. Has a silly tone when food is ready. Like the auto-fan feature. Glass covering light was broken and having a difficult time with Best Buy getting it replaced. Just want a new piece of glass to replace broken one.

I love the microwave. It works well, is easy to use, looks great, and the sounds are much nicer than my last microwave. The light and fan work well, too, with several levels.

I love the look and design of the microwave. It’s does have a lot of features and the fan works great. Plus it matches the stove I also bought from KitchenAid. Only negatives are no option to just hit number 1 for one minute, 2 for two minutes, etc. I have always liked that simple quick start option. So instead, we are tending to hit the ‘add 30 swconds’ A few times for what we need.

Love it! Had it for 2 was now. Install went super easy. Quiet fan, but good at cleaning smells and smoke. Easy to operate.

Installation was fairly quick and straightforward. Makes great nachos and popcorn. Handy quick defrost feature. Lots of room for big bowls. Easy menu navigation and pleasant chime on finish.

Super quiet, good external vent fan, heats food very quickly. I needed an OTR unit and didn't really want to drill thru my tile backsplash. This one was quoted larger online but just over 16" high per comments. It worked perfectly!

This microwave is awesome. More room than the last one I am replacing. Seems to heat much faster. I love it.

In my case this product has been a real disappointment and tarnish on Kitchen Aid’s reputation. The external lighting stopped working after merely a week, not because of bad light bulb. Feeling it was too much of hassle to get it replaced, I made a wrong decision not to return or exchange it. This thing did not effectively suck air out of my kitchen during its short life. The oil/grease just kept building up on the front door and the cabinet above it. The microwave itself was powerful. But after 13 months, or 1 month after the warranty expired, the microwave stopped working all of sudden. The repair cost would be close to buying a new one. So I guess soon it will be in the landfill. What a piece of garbage.

Big and functional. Looks great and quite. Fan and light options are great.

Love this microwave. Bought to replace an old Kitchenaid microwave and so far I am loving this. Easily Wipes clean when splatters happen.

The appliance is very nice and works well. As stated in the summary, the wall attachment hardware was very flimsy and minimal for such a large unit. Unless you luck out and have two studs to attach to it is not very stable and even then I suspect it would wiggle when you pull open the door.
