    The unit is extremely versatile and useful for many food items that I desire to cook. It is easy to use. The ventilation from the unit is excellent removing unwanted odors from the room. The light under the unit provides excellent viewing of items being cooked on the range.

    Yes, it seems to be pretty good only thing lacking is adjustable shelving. If there was brackets that supported different positions would be great otherwise a great unit.

    Great microwave. Heats food up fast. I don’t love the fingerprints and marks though. Still deciding if I want to return it because of that. Looks scratched already.

    Very pleased with the product but I won't use the metal rack given the possibility of scratching the inside of the unit whichI was told could cause problems.

    Wonderful microwave works very well...the only issue I have is the timer buzzer is not very loud, I called kitchen aid to see if could be adjusted but they said no. Disappointing because I use the timer a lot when cooking or baking in my oven.
