A month in and we LOVE this Fridge, After a nightmare of a Samsung french door died at 4 years, we decided to go back to KitchenAid. We had aa Stainless side by Side KitchenAid in our old home and it lasted 15 years and was still going when we sold the house. This unit is taller and heavier than just about any other one out there and has higher end ,heavier finishes than you would find in most other models. and also retains some of the KitchnAid engineering and is not plagued by some of the water hose/freezing issues in the Whirlpool and Amana models. This fridge has a high end, solid feel to it and is lightyears better than the Samsung. Our Certified Samsung repair person actually recommended this unit. the repair guy also gave us this advice: Stay away from french doors, because of the design a French door with the freezer on the bottom it will ALWAYS have to pump heavy cold air upwards into the fridge , causes a lot of condensation and they just dont live as long. and no matter how you try to organize a bottom freezer drawer, your stuff goes all over the place. Also the smudge free finish is legit, just awesome. Anyway Very happy with this KitchenAid side by side, will cost you more but worth it.

Great refrigerator! The space inside is perfect , but the quality of the compartments inside are fragile, I expected a little more for a KitchenAid buy. Ice maker is great and is noise free I do recommend if you’re ok with fragile compartments.

We looked at many refrigerators to replace a 6 year old Whirlpool Gold product. We found the KitchenAid quality to be better than other refrigerators in the same price range. It appears to be an excellent product. The LED lighting is excellent, it maintains the temperature much better than the old refrigerator, and the PrintShield Finish is extremely easy to clean. The measured fill feature is an added bonus.

Everything about this refrigerator is fantastic. The interior space is outstanding. I was concerned about switching to a counter-depth refrigerator, but so glad I did with this KitchenAid model. It is quiet. The ice in the freezer is easy to get to. Lighting is fantastic. I just cannot say enough about how wonderful this refrigerator is.

Slick design, compact but not small. Family of 5 and there is room for everything.

Due to covid it took 3.5 months to receive after purchase. Unit looks great and fits nicely. It’s a counter depth unit. Led lighting inside makes it easy to see what you’re after. Rating is due to the following: after 2 weeks of use the water and ice quit working. It engages and the meter (ounces dispensed) counts but nothing comes out. Verified water is flowing to fridge. Called for warranty service(don’t try the on-line feature....it runs you in a circle). Waited on hold for 45 minutes. Did get service scheduled. Tech came out and did same stuff I had tried. Ordered 3 parts ..waiting on those parts. Concerned that something brand new would fail.

Could use 1 extra shelf each in fridge and door and freezer. Nice looking nice lighting as you open door, freezer good size

It took 3 tries to get the refrigerator right First time it came with NO power cord, second time it leaked and the freezer did not work Third time is good thus far I have it about 3 weeks The drawers do NOT slide easily Customer service was good, however waiting at home for delivery 3 times was not fun I am waiting to hear about an inspection of my wood beause of the leak

Although the same size as my old refrigerator, my new KitchenAid has more room, and the lighting makes it easier to see everything at a glance. My only concern is that the drawers seem flimsy. Storage would be greatly improved if I could remove the wine rack. I have no need for a wine rack and would rather have more shelf space.

Glad i went to Best Buy just to look around. Found the best frig i ever owned. My kitchen Aid is the best works great fits perfect.

Though we miss the auto-fill pitcher, the side by side is perfect. Ice maker delivers and being able to open the door and take ice out is huge. Drawers are cheap which is par for the course in this day and age. If we get 8 years, we’ll be satisfied. Ah, miss the days when products lasted more than 5 years. Planned obsolescence.

Gorgeous, beautifully designed interior with generous lighting! Love the wide door shelves, multiple drawers and roomy freezer efficiently designed! Temperature control is perfect!

Love the look. Outside quality is there. Inside drawers could be more solid, they feel a little cheap. Love the ice bucket..its on the door & you can tip it open. Storage is small but its counter depth and fits in my spot perfectly

Nice counter depth with very little loss of interior space. PrintShield finish is DEFINITELY noticeable compared to old SS fridge. Integrated air filters and ice maker in the door are great features. Looks great, family is super impressed.

KitchenAid refrigerator that I purchased is very good very spacious has all the room that I need plus more I would well recommend it but with that said the delivery was horrible took time off of work to receive the refrigerator. They ended up not even calling me until the morning of the delivery to tell me that it was not even going to make it that day lost a whole day of work Ended up having to take another day off a week later to get it delivered. Can never get a hold of anybody here in the United States to be able to speak to is offshore very satisfied with best customer service.

Good product. Lots of problems with delivery. Was postponed and rescheduled several times. Finally received it about a month after the date of purchase.

I was looking to get more space in a new fridge and that’s exactly what I got with my Kitchen Aide side by side fridge. It has an industrial look, which I love and delivery and set-up was a breeze. The freezer has more space than what the previous fridge had.

The look is simple yet elegant, and the best part, works extremely well. We mulled around with the idea of a three and even four door refrigerator with fancy features for around the price. We decided to go with the kitchen aid quality and simplicity. A few features to highlight. There is plenty roomy inside. The temperature consistency is impeccable. My old refrigerator would have "warm" and "cold" spots. my vegetables like lettuce would get chill burns. This refrigerator however, keeps my greens nice and fresh for a week and beyond! The LED lighting inside is very bright and will allow you to see everything you need. I have had this refrigerator for a month, and if I had to choose again, I would definitely make the same choice!

Like the look and interior layout. The counter depth is essential for my tight galley kitchen layout. Had an issue with freezer temp failure, but it's under warranty and repairman is scheduled to fix it. Just waiting for his arrival and hoping there's no delay in getting parts. Really glad I still have the old fridge.
