So far so good. Haven't had this fridge for more than a month yet, but so far we love the look, fingerprint shield and its doing everything it needs to.

We like the fridge, but had to get help with customer service; because the first one delivered had no prongs. The second had drawers that wouldn’t work. Yeah pretty much a night mare. It’s too long of a story of how many tech people came out and didn’t know what they were doing?

Excellent delivery service. Kitchen Aid refrigerator, works as expected. More room with side by side fridge & freezer than with our old French doors and lower freezer. Having the lower freezer we found items got buried.

We needed a refrigerator that was counter-depth and no wider than 35 1/2". this one fit. Still getting used to this unit but so far it performs well

I love this side by side; find that it has a lot of space and easier to store foods in the freezer without having to dig through what I had previously. The refrigeration side is something my husband is enjoying because of the wine rack and there still a lot of space for my needs.

We went into our local Best Buy store on a Tuesday to find a specific side-by-side counter-depth refrigerator to replace a similar unit that had given up the ghost after fifteen years of loyal service. The salesman was very knowledge and in minutes we had a new KitchenAid refrigerator that met our needs on order for pick-up on Friday. It was a pleasant experience and we were quite pleased with our new refrigerator.

Very happy with my purchase of this fridge. Was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but I haven’t had any issues. Interior and exterior styling is sleek and modern, icemaker works great making tons of ice, fridge, and freezer. Keep food really cold. Great value for the money.

This is the second time we have purchased this KitchenAid Refrigerator. The last one was left with the house we sold and we liked it so well that we purchased it again for our new home. We like the counter depth the way it is laid out inside and amount of room it has. The indoor ice and water work well and the controls work well.

The refrigerator is exactly what we hoped for. We just moved to a new house and the completion date kept changing. No problem-it was easy to reschedule delivery many times and finally it was delivered on time in perfect condition. We were used to a side-by-side Sub Zero but this refrigerator is wonderful. Water dispenser with filter and ice operates without any issues.

Really disappointed in this refrigerator. Since I bought it, the temperature doesn't stay at the setting I put it on. So if I put it on 35 degrees, the fridge doesn't stay at that temp but goes from 35 to 40 then 20 to 30 then 40. The ice maker also broke so we can't use it right now. The quality of the plastic shelves aren't good, they feel cheep. We thought we could move the shelves to any position on the side door, but only certain shelves fit so it's not flexible with arranging items. Also, the freezer has a layer of frost on the back wall. This has to be a loudest water dispenser I've ever heard. I would not recommend getting this refrigerator.

Excellent, attractive. One star off because water dispenser and icemaker failed after one week.

Excellent delivery and set-up, after registering product online I read the owners manual and learned how to use everything. Very sleek modern and lots of space to organize the way you want with adjustable shelves. Great water and ice maker with max cool, LED lighting and fresh filters. Very happy to recommend!

I rated it a 3. Kitchen Aide is a normally a good refrigerator. However I just received it and it’s building up ice on the side door., I think though it’s because the door may not be aligned . But I find out this Saturday when the repair man comes in. Purchase star was last year but I didn’t receive it till 2021 I would still recommend Kitchen Aide though.

Not even 4 months of buying this already second technician visit scheduled. Refrigerator keeps frosting. Last time technician had us switch off the fridge for a week - so within two months of buying a fridge we had stop using it and throw all the food we stored. Thanks Kitchenaid for making us throw store food we purchased in bulk as we did not want shop frequently in COVID environment. So after wasting food and money last time we are back to square one. Customer service at Kitchenaid doesn't even care and asked us to buy extended warranty in case this happens frequently once we lose the warranty. I feel tossing this fridge if not for the hefty price we paid to buy this. The last old cheaper GE fridge we had didn't give any troubles whatsoever despite using it for a long time. Only reason we bought this was we were changing to all stainless steel appliances. And now stuck with this piece of junk.
