good although sime of the storage doors feel easily breakable

Counter depth fits perfectly. I love the fact that I can see everything inside. The lighting is phenomenal. Ice dispenser works perfectly. My only complaint is that the water trickles out.

I previously had a very similar model of this Kitchenaid refrigerator and wanted another one. My BB salesman searched the East Coast warehouses to find one. He was successful and my fridge was delivered and installed in just 4 days. GREAT service and a GREAT product!

I'll get straight to the point as I just literally got this fridge a little over a month ago. Good looking fridge for sure, a bit small for my taste, but good looking for sure. However, many issues so please beware and triple check your fridge when you get it. For this price point, you would think this fridge would be better assembled. For example, the trays are very difficult to pop in. Second, the doors are not aligned even when using the alignment tool. But the main resin why I gave this two starts is because the water and ice dispenser failed not even 45 days into having this brand new fridge. I couldn't be more disappointed at KitchenAid. Luckily I got the geek squad protection and will be calling in the repair.

Freezer and refrigerator, yes both sides, simply stop working. BB replaced the first refrigerator within the first 2 weeks of delivery. The second refrigerator has had the same problem 3 times in 7 months. I have purchased thermometer that I keep in the refrigerator and freezer to monitor the internal temperature since I can no longer trust the machine to work. Kitchenaid sent a repair person who said nothing is wrong and will not do anything to help resolve, I have figured out that when it stops working I can unplug, wait 5 minutes, plug it back and it will start working. A refrigerator that requires you to keep unplugging it to make it work is defective. Kitchenaid is too costly of an appliance for this to be acceptable.

Not the quietest refrigerator I have owned. It makes a lot of noise when making ice.

This refrigerator is sleek, easy to organize, and overall the look and function that I was looking for. It's not as deep as what I had before so I am having to get used to that. My kids all come home for somewhat lengthy stays in the summers and at Christmas. I am anxious to see if it will be roomy enough when that happens

Product is good. Delivery was GREAT/SUPERB! Took 2x to get it right. Management at ILM Store was very slow to call us about the 1st time product issue. VERY SLOW. Scratch and dent on 2nd try; again, Management at ILM Store did not call and WE had to call and discuss.

Really liked this for the first several weeks. The water is difficult to obtain as the bar must be pushed in at the top versus the bottom where your fingers are holding the glass. The measured fill feature is difficult to gage when you have ice in the glass or the glass is irregular size. Being required to do an extra step of "back" button pressing before being able to top off a glass is bothersome as well. The ice maker has now already failed to refill the holder. Remember, it is just weeks in use. It is also not the quietest motor I have ever heard. The KA dishwasher is already giving us trouble also. Bought the whole kitchen suite for the big bucks they claim to be worth. Nervous, to say the least.

Good refrigerator but drawers and tracks are made cheap.

Doesn’t have some of the bells and whistles as Samsung and LG, but service and part availability seems to be better. It’s also American made by Whirlpool. Side by side doors are more functional, they open very wide. The design and handles are unique and clean design. We’re very pleased, it’s our second one.

Product is good, perhaps could improve value for money. Refrigerator comes with less internal shelves than it has space for. Buying shelves separately at kitchen aid is very expensive

I bought this item as a floor clearance item. No problems so far. The only negative is that the drawer to hold lunch meats and cheese is very small.

I've had this fridge for about 2 months without any issues. Printshield fingerprint resistance is better than the standard unit. It makes fingerprints easy to clean. Some issues with fit and finish with insulation coming out the sides and things not aligning. Double check your unit upon delivery.

We purchased this refrigerator and we couldn't be happier. The delivery and installation was great. This counter-depth, side-by-side refrigerator has a great appearance and solid build. We have had it for a couple of weeks and it keeps food fresh or frozen. The icemaker and water dispenser work well.

The best refrigerator I have ever had. The service of the people selling it to me as well as the delivery people were the best too.

Makes occasional noise. Seems like this happens every time refrigerator is attempting to maintain temp after opening/closing door use. Plastic drawers are flimsy.

We needed a new fridge to replace out old one and found an Open Box fridge. It was discounted because of a few dents but it works great. The sales rep was friendly and helpful and the delivery team was on time (wearing their masks) and hooked-up the new unit with no issues. Very satisfied.

Excellent! Has plenty of places for storage. All around a great purchase! This fridge is excellent at keeping items cold. It makes copious smallish pyramidal shaped ice cubes that are great for cooling down drinks.
