If you want a nightmare and spend money Buy it. Repair 4 time same problem. Termostat. Refrigerator no cooling. Stay away of this product.

Poor quality , first refrigerator would not hold a consistent temperature , would be 50 one day then be 25 the next day never knew if thing were going to spoil or be frozen and draw bracket would not fit , second refrigerator , the doors are not installed square to the frame, Will see if the 3rd refrigerator will be any good

This product replaced a previous KitchenAid refrigerator product of 18 years. The PrintShield Finish is a plus. I live and work from my home with 8 employees, the refrigerator serves as a storage place for lunch and beverages for my work and a storage place for personal breakfast and dinner items. The extra height of the unit adds greatly in regards to appeal and utility. The upper level shelve has more storage height for drink containers. In most cases, when you buy a Counter-Depth refrigerator, you are paying a premium which no extra comforties, this unit has extras in use that offset that premium in this case.

This fridge is great for small families. I have always had a big fridge but now that my kids have grown and moved we chose a smaller fridge. It’s great!!! But don’t expect to put big pots in the fridge.

Love it, was well worth the wait. Fits perfectly ibeside the cabinets, very handy to use.

After looking at all these negative reviews I know have my doubts. I just junked the identical model that was purchased in 2012. Eleven years seems too new to be sitting on the curb. I have a 25cu ft model like this purchased in 1992 that is running perfectly in a rental. I opted for another KA because I like the organization I have in it. I'll post a few pictures after this is delivered. I have some tricks for you to learn!

Until I received this refrigerator, I had no idea how old my refrigerator was. It is beautiful and sleek for a small kitchen. Everything is lasting longer. Love it!

Refrigerator was delivered, installed and working. Within 3 days the water would not dispense. I purchased this KitchenAid fridge to replace a $4400 2 year old KitchenAid refrigerator that apparently could not be repaired, so I was sent a check to purchase a new one. Wanted to stick with KitchenAid only due to the handles matching my entire suite of KitchenAid appliances. Would not recommend KitchenAid and will never buy again.

Love the space and the door handles are beautiful they’re my favorite part plus the wine rack. The fact that no need to worry about the doors staying open.

I’m very impressed with how quiet the refrigerator is. I’m actually considering replacing my relatively new LG range with a Kitchen Aid, due to the obvious quality difference.

A great counter depth side by side refrigerator, with ice maker/dispenser, worth the extra cost for this model. The key item this one has is an ice maker built into the door, so it doesn't take up any space in the freezer compartment. Other refrigerators took up an entire shelf or half a shelf in the freezer for the ice machine. So there is more freezer shelf space with this refrigerator that with others of the same size.

My fridge was delivered with a huge dent on the left door. The finishing was not good either - some coolant type material dried leaking out at the seams. Really disappointed at the quality. Also, my fridge items are freezing. Did I get a lemon or is this the way Kitchenaid’s quality is now??

Excellent refrigerator with lots of run and well designed space. I love the ice cube dispenser that gives both cubes and crushed ice.

Looks nice, and it’s quiet. My only criticism is that I have limited ability to adjust the shelves. It’s been 2 months, and has been great so far.

Great fridge. Went back to side by side after having bottom freezer unit. Old looks better but side by side has more space and is earlier to live with.

Love this fridge..there is still plenty of room even though it is counter depth.love the ice maker.. makes great crushed ice!!! Looks great too.very happy with my purchase.

Love this fridge! Gave it 4 stars simply because the plastic wrap that’s made to remove it’s very hard to take off and has places it’s impossible to remove without disassembling the fridge. Installers would not remove it
