Best Buy replaced my 1st one and.....

Then the second one did the same thing. I even checked out the Best Buy outlet and the one I found there did the same thing. Even had a Kitchen Aid repair guy come out and he couldn't fix it. I wanted all Kitchen Aid Frig to match my stove, dishwasher and microwave, I was very disappointed. I ended up buying a LG French door and really, I like it a lot.

Defective Drawer Design

The two lower shelves / drawers do not fit into side tracks. This causes the entire drawer and shelf assembly to come loose and out when trying to open the drawer.

Two weeks to schedule repair for no cool refrigerator 7 days before Christmas. Longest at Lowes for previous fridge was 48 hours. Spend more at Lowes for customer satisfaction Two week response is no warranty at all. $499 total scam. Refrigerators are only as good as the warranty. They all break.

Most are not even able to hold a frozen pizza. Not a huge frozen pizza fan, but seriously - why wouldn’t the makers of refrigerators keep this in mind as soon many people consume frozen pizza!?!? Anyway, this one does hold a full frozen pizza AND has adjustable door storage. Beautiful water/ice in door, too.

We received a replacement refrigerator in 4 days and had the same issue. Like others have also mentioned the interiors are very cheap as well. Also very disappointed with the customer service who could not understand our issue and they kept sending the wrong person instead of a qualified technician to address the issue.
