Nice looking but that’s it. 2 weeks old and water dispenser and ice maker stop working. Service guy coming next. Keep you posted

I really like the side by side. I’m an organized freak and love being able to organize and see everything!

I bought a refrigerator from the floor. It was in perfect condition. No scratches or dents were on the Kitchen Aid appliance. It was delivered to me with four scratches and dents. I was so disappointed and upset. I later learned from a customer service woman at the Boynton Beach Best Buy that 50 to 60% of the unboxed appliances will come dented. If I was told that from the beginning, I would’ve never purchased an unboxed appliance. Now I am waiting for the doors to be changed. I had an appointment last Friday and I got a call a half hour before it was supposed to be fixed and the service men said the parts were not in yet. Now I have an appointment on April 29 to have the doors changed. This has been a fiasco and I will never deal with this company again. Very disappointing.

Love our new refrigerator. The ice bin is in the door and so much more convenient. I recommend Kitchen Aid.

I have previously purchased this model refrigerator 3 years ago, I liked it so much I’ve bought another (same unit) at my new home. Not pleased at how pricy the water filters are.

Kitchen Aid Appliances can never go wrong. Love the interior look of it. They delivery team was sneaky trying to deliver and quickly leave with having a very large dent of this expensive model. I made them take it back.

This is a solid refrigerator, excellent interior configuration to maximize storage while maintaining visibility so things don’t get buried in the back and forgotten for months.

Beautiful looking fridge but that's about it. This is not a cheap fridge, so I expected it would last. On a few occasions, the waterline froze but sorted itself out with a little time. The big problem came when it just stopped working a month ago. Luckily, we had the extended geek squad warranty (still a huge pain) but that still means we've been a month w/o a fridge in our kitchen. They had 4 different people come out to look at it, a week apart from each other. SLOWEST PROCESS EVER. Then they had some poor contractor come out to spend 6 hours trying to fix it with zero luck. It ended up being a freon leak somewhere inside the unit. I've finally been given a credit for the purchase but that's it. No advice on a replacement or anything like that. I'm guessing it will be another month before we can actually get the new fridge installed. Save you money and time. Buy anything anywhere else.

We received the fridge a few weeks ago and are satisfied so far. The water and ice mechanism are excellent

Unit was missing trays for inside refrigerator door, having considerable trouble in dealing with mfg in obtaining correct parts. Still “in the works”

The fridge never works i miss 3 days from works because the people on best buy was sending the delivery guy to fix it at the end, they just returned the money, because they didn't have another fridge on sale

The price is fare with open box , can’t find anywhere is better.

Replaced a monster sized Custom Fridgidare that originally cost $8900 bucks. Wasnt going to pay that 2nd time around, so needed something big as possible and stainless steel. This fit the bill...

We are currently on our third refrigerator because all three have been damaged to include the current one in our home. Unfortunately, a replacement for this damaged one cannot be delivered until January 19, 2021, three months after our original purchase. We are uncertain as to whether the product is manufactured without defect.

Great purchase lovely mom space! Had a fridge that was 2 inches shorter and the interior felt like there was barely any room to store items, this one is great!

KitchenAid never disappoints. The Side-by-Side fridge is amazing, the interior is implacable and has many useful features. Looking forward to continuing building my KitchenAid appliances inventory.

My KitchenAid fridge was the perfect addition to our kitchen. Having the stove, microwave and now the Fridge has my kitchen about complete. #loveKitchenAid

The purchase part of this transaction was excellent but it went downhill with the delivery of the refrigerator the delivery people stated the would arrive at 1403 and then showed up at 1330 and admonished my brother for not having unloaded the refrigerator. They didn’t know how to hook up the water line and stated they were out of time leaving us with 2 refrigerators in the kitchen it was 2 days later before they could return and finish the work . Never again with Best Buy
