I purchased this refrigerator to replace a Samsung french door. First off, there are not enough shelves. Had to order three--one for fridge, freezer and door. Additional expense not expected. Going from a bottom freezer I thought would be better--not losing stuff. That is true, but I don't have as much space on either size. If I'd gone from another side-by-side, I would probably like it a lot more. Love the counter depth.

Would recommend this fridge, love the entire Kitchen Aid package! This is a nice side by side model that looks sleek and is highly functional.

I am pleased with our new KitchenAid refrigerator. It is about 2.5 cubic feet larger than our previous one. We replaced the less than 3 year old KitchenAid refrigerator because the ice maker stopped working. Because of the supply chain issues, we couldn't get a replacement part, so we ordered a new, slightly larger unit which took 3 months to get, but at least our ice maker works! I'm very happy with the members of the Geek Squad for everything they did to get this ironed out.

Very well built refrigerator. Exceeds expectations for look, style and operations. Quiet and cools food with no drama. A great product, for a great price.

Love the counter-depth size for our kitchen. Looks great and very happy with it.

There are only 3 shelves in the freezer; it needs 1 more. The meat drawer, in the frig, gets stuck on the light mounted to the side; the light should be moved up or down a bit.

Love this fridge. You can’t go wrong with kitchen aid appliances. Has left us with a lot more room and perfect sizing compared to our original GE fridge that was placed in our new home. With the multiple options of water, storage and a great ice maker, we’re happy with this purchase.

Little concerned that the water doesn’t work a month after we received it. Of course it’s warranted, but this already at a month. Geeeezzzzz

Good refrigerator, the drawers seem fragile plastic, but other than that good. Surprised to find out the refrigerator was not energy star rated like the sales person had said it was.

It seems to be constantly on /working and i can hear it its not that quiet. I liked the design and a brand but had a new Samsung i had to return due to size at a time and it was so quiet compared to this one i didn't hear it at all.

Doors not even in line one sore up I will go in store to find out what I can do.

Nice fridge. It is a little noisy, but kind of gets used to it. The space is nice.

The KitchenAid refrigerator is everything we thought it would be, quiet, dependable, roomy, it was a great buy.

I purchased this fridge from a Best Buy Outlet and I couldn't be happier! I wish there was a larger ledge for the water and ice so I could fill bigger containers. But overall, a couple of dents wouldn't keep me from this great fridge and deal! I believe I paid less than $800!

Excellent delivery service. Kitchen Aid refrigerator, works as expected. More room with side by side fridge & freezer than with our old French doors and lower freezer. Having the lower freezer we found items got buried.

Good quality refrigerator though it is loud when making ice. No issues to date with operation.

I searched for months for the perfect refrigerator for my needs and this one hit the mark. The counter depth style fits perfectly in my kitchen and it is very nice looking. I especially like the printshield finish because I don't need to worry about smudges and fingerprints. The ice maker works well and makes noise only briefly whenever it needs to use water. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

I love this side by side; find that it has a lot of space and easier to store foods in the freezer without having to dig through what I had previously. The refrigeration side is something my husband is enjoying because of the wine rack and there still a lot of space for my needs.
