Excellent delivery and set-up, after registering product online I read the owners manual and learned how to use everything. Very sleek modern and lots of space to organize the way you want with adjustable shelves. Great water and ice maker with max cool, LED lighting and fresh filters. Very happy to recommend!

I rated it a 3. Kitchen Aide is a normally a good refrigerator. However I just received it and it’s building up ice on the side door., I think though it’s because the door may not be aligned . But I find out this Saturday when the repair man comes in. Purchase star was last year but I didn’t receive it till 2021 I would still recommend Kitchen Aide though.

I really regret my purchase, I liked the door and handle design and that is was one of the larger counter depth refrigerators available. I also trusted the Kitchen Aid brand to be of good quality, I can tell you as far as this fridge is concerned, quality is not a word I would use to describe it. The body / frame is plastic and creaks whenever you open a door, the plastic drawers are thin plastic that ride roughshod across their supports. This is a $600 fridge, not a $3,000 one.

Not even 4 months of buying this already second technician visit scheduled. Refrigerator keeps frosting. Last time technician had us switch off the fridge for a week - so within two months of buying a fridge we had stop using it and throw all the food we stored. Thanks Kitchenaid for making us throw store food we purchased in bulk as we did not want shop frequently in COVID environment. So after wasting food and money last time we are back to square one. Customer service at Kitchenaid doesn't even care and asked us to buy extended warranty in case this happens frequently once we lose the warranty. I feel tossing this fridge if not for the hefty price we paid to buy this. The last old cheaper GE fridge we had didn't give any troubles whatsoever despite using it for a long time. Only reason we bought this was we were changing to all stainless steel appliances. And now stuck with this piece of junk.

This fridge has a lot of space, but it’s depth is small enough that it almost looks like it’s built in. There is a lot of space in both the fridge and freezer. The ice maker makes nice mid-size ice, and it’s very easy to open the ice container from the inside to get a lot of ice.

I love this refrigerator even though it has not been installed in the kitchen. Right now it is in the dining room while the remodeling is being done. Less space since it is counter width but plenty of space for me.

This purchase was a replacement of the same unit. The previous froze up and temps ran up over 40F spoiling food repeatedly about every 2-3 months for almost 2 years. It had pretty much every part replaced until AHS gave up and gave me a check for about 1/2 of what it was worth. Due to lack of availability of other brands, I decided to give KithchenAid a second try. The unit was purchased on 5/19/2021. Today (8/11/2021), the water dispenser stopped working. That is less than 90 days and parts already starting to fail. It is really unfortunate that a brand I stuck by has lost the mojo when it comes to quality. Every item in my kitchen is from KitchenAid and every one of them have something wrong

I bought this item as a floor clearance item. No problems so far. The only negative is that the drawer to hold lunch meats and cheese is very small.

This Kitchenaid refrigerator is very spacious. I love the look and the amount of space it has. I just got it installed a little more than a week ago, so I’m not sure if it’s fingerprint resistant though.

Counter depth fits perfectly. I love the fact that I can see everything inside. The lighting is phenomenal. Ice dispenser works perfectly. My only complaint is that the water trickles out.

If you want a nightmare and spend money Buy it. Repair 4 time same problem. Termostat. Refrigerator no cooling. Stay away of this product.

Great fridge for a very reasonable price! The counter-depth works perfectly; it replaced a much bigger fridge which was taking too much space. Works really well and food is easily accessible in all shelves.

I’m enjoying my new refrigerator but I think I could’ve bought something biggerb

We are please with the quality of this device and it looks great in our new Kitchen. We opted for this counter depth unit to align with the new cabinetry. While it’s not a true “built-in” we get a close affect at a fraction of the cost. And lastly, we try to buy American products when possible to support our workers and we are not disappointed in the performance of this one.
