My fridge was delivered with a huge dent on the left door. The finishing was not good either - some coolant type material dried leaking out at the seams. Really disappointed at the quality. Also, my fridge items are freezing. Did I get a lemon or is this the way Kitchenaid’s quality is now??

After looking at all these negative reviews I know have my doubts. I just junked the identical model that was purchased in 2012. Eleven years seems too new to be sitting on the curb. I have a 25cu ft model like this purchased in 1992 that is running perfectly in a rental. I opted for another KA because I like the organization I have in it. I'll post a few pictures after this is delivered. I have some tricks for you to learn!

Very nice refrigerator ex pet for the sharp drawer edges. Cut fingers on first use. Kitchenaid could make a more substantial drawer system for the money this refrigerator costs.

The doors came and not aligned, the rubber seal is not fit well on top. Size is decent and storage, i wish excellent quality control was done before shipping the appliance.

We purchased the Kitchenaid to replace a GE Monogram and are very pleased. Space is way more functional, especially the freezer. I like how bright the interior lights are and water/ice dispenser is good.

I like my new Kitchen Aide refrigerator except for the crisper drawers. I previously had the same size and model of refrigerator. The old model had parts that were better constructed on the inside. Otherwise everything else is newer and more convenient especially the water filter which is inside the refrigerator rather than under the unit.

This product replaced a previous KitchenAid refrigerator product of 18 years. The PrintShield Finish is a plus. I live and work from my home with 8 employees, the refrigerator serves as a storage place for lunch and beverages for my work and a storage place for personal breakfast and dinner items. The extra height of the unit adds greatly in regards to appeal and utility. The upper level shelve has more storage height for drink containers. In most cases, when you buy a Counter-Depth refrigerator, you are paying a premium which no extra comforties, this unit has extras in use that offset that premium in this case.

So far so good. The frodnge is nice and sleek. Looks very modern

This refrigerator is built very solid. Has plenty of items to put and has a plenty of room.

Refrigerator was delivered, installed and working. Within 3 days the water would not dispense. I purchased this KitchenAid fridge to replace a $4400 2 year old KitchenAid refrigerator that apparently could not be repaired, so I was sent a check to purchase a new one. Wanted to stick with KitchenAid only due to the handles matching my entire suite of KitchenAid appliances. Would not recommend KitchenAid and will never buy again.

A great counter depth side by side refrigerator, with ice maker/dispenser, worth the extra cost for this model. The key item this one has is an ice maker built into the door, so it doesn't take up any space in the freezer compartment. Other refrigerators took up an entire shelf or half a shelf in the freezer for the ice machine. So there is more freezer shelf space with this refrigerator that with others of the same size.

Excellent refrigerator with lots of run and well designed space. I love the ice cube dispenser that gives both cubes and crushed ice.

Love the space and the door handles are beautiful they’re my favorite part plus the wine rack. The fact that no need to worry about the doors staying open.

Until I received this refrigerator, I had no idea how old my refrigerator was. It is beautiful and sleek for a small kitchen. Everything is lasting longer. Love it!

This fridge is great for small families. I have always had a big fridge but now that my kids have grown and moved we chose a smaller fridge. It’s great!!! But don’t expect to put big pots in the fridge.
