Great fridge, convenient ice setup, wine rack and great interior lighting are extra perks to a solid appliance.

Had it one month and the ice maker stop working called for service have to wait a month for service.

Owner's manual stated that feet could be adjusted for leveling. My intention was to use it for height adjustment for a better cabinet fit. Technician stated the unit is not adjustable.

The KitchenAid refrigerator works perfectly and blends very well with other major appliances in the kitchen. We couldn’t be more pleased!

Frosting in freezer? less that 2 years old..been great otherwise.

Had to return it. Insulation or something leaking out of the seams. Bottom drawer broke immediately....and the cover on the interior covered (butter/eggs) area came apart the same date that we received the item. Had to return the item and pay another $2,000 to get a better item.

I had an excellent experience with all team members that helped me with my appliance Exchange.

Underwhelming for a $3k fridge. At recommended temperature settings, liquids in fridge start to develop ice. Water dispenser stopped working after exactly 12 months and 7 days so had to pay for repair out of pocket. Looks nice but in relation to fridges i've purchased for 1/3rd the price this has underperformed them.

This refrigerator was purchased as an open box ,and it was still pricey . The interior is small, and doesnt hold a lot so if you are using this for a bigger family ,you will need two . I cant say how it fully works as yet since I just purchased it 01/21/23, so only time will tell. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

This is a good refrigerator. It is cold and has lights and shelves and handles and all the stuff a refrigerator should have.

Replaced my KA refrigerator due to having to match color to rest of appliances. Not as nice or same quality as my other fridge. Like some of the options on the door for selecting water and it measures amt of water dispensing. Quality of drawers is cheap! I’m sure it is better energy efficient than my old one but doesn’t measure up!

Love it. This replaces our previous KitchenAid refrigerator with one that is the same model we had with a few features upgraded/added/improved. Our last one lasted nearly 12 years and was damaged by a house cleaning crew. We expect the same good service from our new one.

Everything we wanted. Counter depth and still plenty of refrigerator space. Good quality.

In spite of over an hour removing tape and cellophane protection .... this refrigerator is very nice. So far it is working as expected.

I bough this regirator for my tenants, based on unique measurements requirements. It is an excellent regirator in all aspects.

Best Buy replaced my 1st one because the top bottom pullout drawer would fall when pulled out. Then the second one did the same thing. I even checked out the Best Buy outlet and the one I found there did the same thing. Even had a Kitchen Aid repair guy come out and he couldn't fix it. I wanted all Kitchen Aid Frig to match my stove, dishwasher and microwave, I was very disappointed. I ended up buying a LG French door and really, I like it a lot.
